This is a very comfortable and spacious condo located very conveniently 2 BLOCKS FROM FAMOUS KING STREET where you will find many wonderful restaurants (including a cupcake store and gelato store!), shops, museums, aquarium, farmer's market at Marion Square Park and historic sites within walking distance.

There is also a courtyard with 2 off-street parking spaces--VERY hard to come by in downtown Charleston!

15 minutes from Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms beaches, 20-25 minutes from Surfer's Haven, Folly Beach. 20-25 minutes from historic plantations Middleton Place, Magnolia Gardens and Drayton Hall.

Many children's books and toys at the condo, kite, bocce ball

All bedrooms have queen beds, and one has a double futon as well. 1 bathroom is upstairs and one downstairs in master, both with showers in tub. Small cafe table in kitchen, extendable table seating 5-6 in living area. Kitchen newly remodeled.

Why The Owner chose Charleston

My husband lived in this condo and we decided to rent it out when we bought a house. It's a very convenient location in downtown.

What makes this condo unique

We love to walk to the farmer's market, Marion Square, the Children's Museum and all the restaurants close by. It's so easy to get to so many wonderful places from there.

Spacious, well-kept, wonderful location

The owner was very helpful and available whenever we needed her. The condo is in a wonderful location, close to King St but away from the street for privacy. The pictures don't do the place justice for the amount of space there is and how beautifully it is decorated. We held a bachelorette weekend here and it was perfect for 8 of us. I would definitely go back here again and recommend it to anyone.

Great location. Very comfortable layout

Perfect for our needs. Was in Charleston for a tennis tournament with my wife, son and one of my son's friends. Getting in and out was seamless and neighborhood was great. Nothing but good things to say.

Great location; better than the pictures

6 Adults stayed 2 nights for a quick visit to Charleston. The condo was very neat and clean. The rooms were bigger than they appeared in the pictures. Although we did not cook, the kitchen appeared to be well supplied. The beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal; walking distance to the visitor's center, King St. and the trolley routes. Many places to shop and eat nearby. We did not use our vehicles; we walked & used the trolley. The only con was the lack of a ice maker on the fridge and ice trays were small. It was extremely hot and having ice for our drinks would have been an added bonus. There are 2 parking places for the condo with a small tree between them. The parking is a little tight and one adult's face was badly scratched by a sharp limb when entering their vehicle. It would be a good idea to have that tree trimmed. Overall our experience was good and would recommend this condo.

Great Location, Great City, Great Condo!

We had a great time in this condo which is in the heart of the city conveniently located to King St and close to just about everything! The condo was very clean and well kept and one of few with assigned parking. We enjoyed the short walk to King St for the different restaurants, bars, and nightlife and took very short Uber rides to play golf or get across town, it's only 10-15 mins to the airport!

We highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!!

Wonderful condo in Charleston

We have a small condo in downtown Charleston but had 12 guests in town for a bridal shower for our daughter. We needed additional room for our guests so we rented this condo which was 4 blocks from our own. The condo was extremely clean and had everything you would need. Our guests were very pleased with the accommodations. It was easy to gain access and no need to contact anyone. Directions came with the information from the owner about places to see and good restaurants which would be important if one was not familiar with downtown Charleston. One of the best things is that the condo comes with two parking spots although somebody was using one. I would definitely use this condo again for guests and would recommend it my friends and others. Only comment not so positive is that the stairs leading up to the condo were very dirty but once you were in the condo, everything was super clean.

The condo is 2 blocks from King Street and is close to many great things in historic Charleston. For me, it was a great find.

Perfect location and retreat

The owners have done a superb job including EVERYTHING you would need for a reunion with old friends!! It's in the little details that make the house a perfect place to stay!! Like enough hooks to hang towels, extra washcloths and toothpaste, blenders, extra blankets... It makes it all a completely wonderful experience!!! And the location is great, close to everything!! Needless to say our large party had a blast and this house was perfect for our getaway
