Ideally located between the ocean and the bay with gorgeous water views from the balcony of your master suite. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor with three full baths and an outdoor shower. You also have exclusive access to your own private beach as a member of the Sunset Manor Community. This home is shore to please any guest so book now and enjoy your stay!

Great beach house!

This home is clean, bright and spacious. We were 10 people and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Feels like home the minute you walk in. Roomy backyard for barbecuing and relaxing. A big plus with bedding, towels, also beach badges included. Communication with the hosts was superb. I highly recommend this stay and is one of only a few places I walked away saying I would be 100% back. Thank you for helping make our vacation so pleasant and memorable.

Great Family Home

The home was perfect for our family holiday! There was plenty of space for everyone and the house was true to the pictures in the listing. The host was always quick to respond, and it was an overall excellent experience!

Lavallette Beach House for Thanksgiving

House was as pictured, very clean and offered plenty of room for our family (parents, kids and grandparents). The kitchen/living room open floor plan allowed for all of us to be together comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and glassware and pots. Was an easy few block walk to both the beach and the bay. While we didn't use it there was a very small partially fenced yard with a fire pit and bbq which were packed away for the winter.
