We had a great stay. Thank you for the arrangements. This is great home and we would like to visit again. Thank-you so much.
My family and I were thrilled with this property. Very spacious and comfortable. Large backyard and beautiful sunroom where we enjoyed breakfast. If we return to the Cape in the future, we will definitely stay here again!
We stayed at this fantastic property for five weeks and could not have enjoyed it more. The location is fabulous - a quiet cul-de-sac close to town and walking distance from a beach and Audobon walking trails. The owner takes great care to make sure the house and grounds are in perfect condition, and she made us feel right at home. The house was not only charming but clean, spacious, and well-appointed. As nice as the photos are, they don't do the place justice. We particularly enjoyed the lovely sunroom and the huge backyard. Our only regret was not renting it for longer!
The house in Barnstable was even lovelier than described. Plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were sunny and fresh, the amenities were new. We especially loved the upstairs eating area surrounded by windows and the very comfortable living room. We had eight people and everyone felt like they had sufficient space. The house was really, really nice, and we plan on staying again next time we're on Cape Cod.
Staying at Marcia's house for six weeks was a wonderful vacation experience. The house was tastefully decorated and very neat and clean. The kitchen was bright and airy and easy to cook in. The yard was nicely landscaped and the gardeners came punctually as well as the garbage collection. Barnstable was a great little town to find a gourmet grocery store, a fun little coffee shop, a new French bakery, and a fish store. The pictures on the rental site were exactly as shown.
Enjoy your fun filled vacation in this inviting, spacious 5 bedroom home! Walk down a beautiful country lane to enjoy the private Bayside Beach or Waterfront dining that overlook Barnstable Harbor and Sandy Neck Lighthouse. Just minutes to Barnstable Village, Whale Watching, ice cream, galleries, general stores and fabulous restaurants. You'll feel right at home in this spacious, comfortable home that is private yet close to everything the Cape has to offer.
There are two patios with comfortable outdoor furnishings in the back overlooking the enormous yard. After a great day at the beach, sip a glass of wine or relax in the hammock while waiting for the BBQ. This is a great house for a family or to just ''get away.''
