Enjoy the cool breezes while sitting on your private balcony overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf.

The building is extremely low density with only ten units so you practically have the beach to yourself.

This condo is directly on the Gulf with only a few yards of green lawn between you and the white sand.

Sunseekers 7 has three bedrooms, two baths. There is a Queen in the master bedroom with stunning gulf views. The guest bedroom offers a full size bed. Just off the kitchen is a kids room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The condo also offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating for 8, private balcony, full size washer and dryer and complimentary Wifi.

The property is located along beautiful 30-A in Blue Mountain Beach which is between Grayton and Seaside a few minutes to the east and Gulf Place a few minutes to the west. Local activities include bike riding along the bike path of 30-A, golf at the Santa Rosa Golf Club a few minutes away, or shopping at nearby Seaside or SanDestin which is only about a 15-20 minute drive.

Only one guaranteeed parking spot available. There is also a guest spot available that is first come, first serve.

Also enjoy the numerous fine restaurants in the area or shop at one of the nearby fresh seafood stores and create your own culinary delight.​

Great view, soft/clean sand, just need better TVs

The water was the clearest we've seen and the beach was the best we've been at as sand was soft and no glass/trash anywhere. Beautiful view from balcony on 3rd floor. Saw dolphins and sting rays. Only request is better TVs in the place for better down time when it rains and at night. Remote didn't work at all in the master bedroom connected to the balcony. Probably $1,000 in new TVs with also DVD players in all rooms would make it more like getting money's worth. Also, master bathroom needs elongated toilet as it is small toilet and most people using that bathroom are going to be adults.

Beautiful view, of course. Condo is clean and nice. Couch uncomfortable and patio furniture is about to fall apart. Tap water is yellowish. Wrong code to the beach access, so had to call for the correct code. Very limited parking, if you plan to have friends over. We enjoyed our stay, but I would say it is over priced for what you get

Owner's Response: I'm sorry- our water is excellent and cannot imagine what went wrong for you unless it was caused by a service disruption connected to a storm. The weather is hard on porch furniture, and we replace it yearly, and I am sorry that you seemed to hit the end of its useful lifespan. We will be working on it shortly.

Very clean, nice place

Our second night we had an issue with the electricity. The property manager worked hard and fast to make sure it was fixed even giving us other housing options. Couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with!

Beautiful

I really enjoyed staying here. Wifi was messed up for 2 days but they fixed it. Would stay again. Outside needs cleaned some. It's looking worn compared to other properties. Thanks for a beautiful trip!

Gulf Front

My two daughters and I enjoyed a long Columbus Day weekend here. Plenty of room for everyone. Publix grocery store very close by and you can walk to a wonderful bakery at the end of the street. Hard to find at night as there are no street lights and the building is behind a street front condo. Very family friendly area. We enjoyed a day trip to Seaside. Very clean apartment and beach. It is up 3 flights of stairs and 1 fight of stairs to the beach. Wonderful!

Magical

This place is magical. The first thing we noticed was the waft of blooming wisteria in the entrance...then, omg, what a view from the balcony! We enjoyed most of our meals out there and were fortunate to see lots of wildlife like bat rays and a manatee during our stay. Our favorite thing about the condo was the view from the bedroom...you can see the beach and water from the bed!!:-D It's also nice to just walk across the street to the organic grocery and bakery. We celebrated Joy's birthday and the locals at the bakery made her a beautiful, organic chocolate cake with edible flowers on top...YUM! This condo is also located on our favorite road in America...30A...near anything/everything! We are looking at staying here again in the Spring. Thank you to the owners!
