The condo has had lots of updating over the past few years in the Hawaiian motif. It is clean, comfortable and has newer mattresses, sofa, paint and flooring. carpet is less than 2 yr old. New countertops and other upgrades. It is fully equipped-all you need to bring is your bathing suit and a few clothes and personal items.
The Kihei Kia Nani complex has abundant well kept Polynesian gardens and landscaping. The on site pool is very large, well furnished and newly resurfaced. The entire complex is very well kept and pleasant. It has an on site laundry room, a resident manager, office and handi-man services at all times. There is a night guard on duty.

We are really enjoying your condo. What a lovely place. I am wondering if there is any chance we could book it for Wed and Thurs night as well? We are going to Hana just Tues night but like this place so much we would like to come back for the last two night if its not booked. Please let me know.
We stayed here for 2.5 weeks in May 2016. It was immaculately clean, everything worked well and it's across the street from our absolute favorite beach. It is in one of the best parts of S. Kihei Rd. with lots of restaurants, little shops and beaches close. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hopefully we will come back soon. Thank you!
This is a great place to stay while in Kihei! The nicest beach on Maui is right across the street. The complex residents were very friendly and welcoming. Surprisingly, the complex itself was very quite at night even being next to a strip mall. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items to cook a great meal. The complex has two BBQ to use as well. There are several restaurants within walking distance if you do not feel like cooking in the condo.
The owner is very responsive to emails.
We will stay here again in the future.
First time using vrbo, and what an excellent experience. Carolyn was very approachable, answered all my questions (there was a lot! ) and her property is perfect.
The pictures DO NOT do her place justice. The unit is simple, it's VERY clean, the bed has got to be the most comfortable bed I've slept in, the kitchen, and bathroom are fully stocked, (I left my hairdryer behind as the one that was there may not work for the next family...) the linen closet has plenty and beach gear is endless, from a large cooler to an insulated bag, several chairs, and beach toys for the little ones, my kid was so happy, another bonus was the colouring books for the kids. This building literally across the street from the beach, and several restaurants.
My little family really got the best 'bang' for our buck, and would likely book with her again.
I was concerned about the noise as others mentioned, but really, it's nothing. Being so close to the main strip, you have to expect noise, and by the time the businesses next complex over are open, we were either getting ready or already out the door. So noise was never a factor.
My only complaint would be the tub, it's slow draining, but again, even the fancy hotels have that issue, especially when you're dealing with sand.
We really enjoyed our stay at the KKN.
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was walking distance to everything we needed. We even were able to rent a motorcycle for the ride to hana next door! We are from the midwest and with the quiet humm of the air conditioner in the room we did not hear anything from the street and were very comfortable sleeping. The bed was great and the condo had everything we needed (boogie boards, beach towels, chairs...)! Very clean and a cute beach feel. The beach across the street was hardly crowded and we had great snorkeling in the mornings. The owner was quick to respond and very flexible. Upon arrival the condo gave us coupons for a nearby grocery store and for equipment rental. We rented stand up paddle boards next door in the plaza also and it was a great price and easy transaction being so close. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay again!
Great value with ocean view, comfy bed. Everything within walking distance, no car needed. Enjoyed the pool, nice and cool!

Positive - The condo is very nice and equipped and it s very close to the beautiful Kamaole beach, in 3 minutes walking you can have a bath or enjoying the sunset. It s perfect for two persons. There is a nice shared gas barbecue and a pool.
Negative - the bedroom window faces the Subway fastfood parking (it s really 20 meters distance) so you can have some car noise expecially in the morning from 7.30 am. The air conditioning of the bedroom is very noisy, maybe it s a bit old and you cannot open the window because of the noise coming from the parking. If you are a person that likes spleeping without noises like cars or air conditioning this can be an issue.
