Why Marilyn Henley chose Old Town
If you want to get the feel of what it's like to live in Key West and like to stay in a homey environment complete with kitchen, living area and either deck or front porch. This is a good match for you. It will accommodate 4 people but I think it works best for 2 adults simply because it is about 500 square feet.

Great cottage to stay at
Location is really nice. Very close to a small grocery store and local restaurants. Very quite location in a residential area, but less than a mile to Duval St and all the tourist activity. Cottage is about 400 sf ft, which is fine for 2 people. Very homey. Furniture is basic and alittle dated, but in good order. Really enjoyed our stay, and would start here again.
Loved it!! Felt like home ❤️
Its a perfect location and a roomy accommodating place. Close to everything. Great neighbors. Clean. Would definitely rent again.
Thank you so much for staying. It was a pleasure to have you. Come back anytime.
Marilyn was great to work with. The neighborhood was friendly, clean and safe. We would definitely stay here again.
Cozy and clean
The property was just as described...perfect for a family of 2-4. The location was good...in walking distance to Duvall St. We highly recommend renting bikes...parking our car was sometimes an issue. Would stay here again!
We felt so welcome and the house was so perfect for us! Many thanks for everything!
We really enjoyed our stay on Varela street! We enjoyed the front porch and the bike shop right around the corner was wonderful! It was a little bit farther to duval than anticipated but at the same time we liked to get away from the craziness and be tucked away in old town. Key West will always have a special place in our hearts and so will Varela street! Hi
My place is in a very good location. There is a grocery store and laundry extremely close by and also a nice bike rental shop only 9 houses up at the end of my street.
Additionally there is a tennis court and 2 parks close as well as many restaurants, shops, gas station, liquor store, and more. I am located in historic Old Town Key West.
