Perfect condo for a beach getaway! Very clean, well stocked, and not a far walk to the beach! We will definitely be staying here again!

This condo was perfect for our getaway to the beach! Very clean, well stocked, and not a far walk to the beach!! We will definitely be staying here again!
I cannot say enough great things about this property, about the owner Dave, or the experience we had while on Amelia Island! The condo was perfect for the two of us! The property was quiet and very clean! The people working at the complex were very friendly and the permanent residents we met were very hospitable. Dave was great to work with and made booking and staying very easy. The condo unit itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and the shower was great! (there's nothing I hate worse than a weak shower) There is not a very good cell signal on the island, but the room has a very strong wi-fi signal and we did not have a problem making calls or receiving text messages. The pool was very close and only a couple sets of stairs away. There are lounge chairs and some umbrellas, as well as dining tables under the pergola. There are grills and a picnic area very close to the pool as well. We actually saw them being used on more than one occasion. The beach is a bit of a walk, but is very quiet and not at all crowded. We enjoyed picking up shells and walking along the beach each day we were there. We felt very comfortable leaving our things on the beach while we went back to the room to eat lunch. I can say without hesitation that we will be going back. We have always been the kind of people who are ready to go on vacation, but by the end of the stay are ready to get home. NOT THIS TIME...we both made the comment on our last day that we would stay another 7 days or more! Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach was a great area for couples who just want to get away from it all, go to the beach, and have great food, too. There is much more that we could have explored, pertaining to history of the island, but we did not take advantage of that this time around. I would call this area the epitome of quaint. Jacksonville is about 30 minutes away and we drove there a couple times while rain ran us from the island. It was a beautiful drive! We cannot wait until we can go back!
