Make sure you make time to watch the sunset at the beach. Dolphins are usually swimming at the beach 1-2 hours before sunset!
This home is minutes away from Mercato, an upscale shopping and restaurant plaza, which also includes Whole Foods and a movie theater. Publix and Wal-Mart are very close by. 5th Ave, which is packed with more upscale, trendy restaurants and bars is less than 10 miles. If you feel like exploring, Bonita Springs, Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva are all less than an hour away. Beautiful Marco Island is a 45 minute (or less) drive, Miami/ Ft. Lauderdale 2 1/2 hours, Tampa 2 1/2 hours...
We supply a limited amount of sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. Feel free to use the washer/dryer if you need to wash anything.
The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need for cooking, as well as a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer.
You will find cleaning supplies if needed, as well as a broom, dustpan, mop, vacuum.
The house has central air conditioning ceiling fans in all rooms.
