Come and enjoy our beautiful oceanfront custom built home located on the southern tip of Long Beach Island, NJ this summer. Breath-taking sunrises from the east facing windows and equally dramatic sunsets from the west facing windows.

We built the home with the highest level of building materials such as MOLD RESISITANT wallboards & ceramic tile throughout the house (great for allergies). There is also Maple flooring through out the house, again an allergen free choice.

High ceilings with lots of windows to take in all the views

Wrap around outdoor decks on both floors facing the ocean and the bay.

Cable HDTV and High Speed Internet

Sleep Number bed in the Master Bedroom (king-size with two separate controls), King size bedroom, Queen Size Bedroom, Two bunk bedroom (4 Twin Beds) TV room with Queen size Sleeper Sofa.

Absolutely Wonderful Beach House

We have been coming down to LBI for a long time and this is by far the best house we have ever rented. It's the perfect house - on the ocean, large decks to enjoy the surf, one block from the bay to enjoy the sunset, kitchen well stocked, clean and comfortable furniture, and so spacious. The owners are a pleasure and are very welcoming. I look forward to many years vacationing at the house.

Spectacular beach home

My family and I have been coming back to this home since it was first built. The views are breathtaking. You can watch the sunrise and set. The home is well stocked with every day needs. It is open and spacious. It is kept up-to-date and clean. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and make the rental experience simple. It is close to the park, the amusement park, close to Bay Village and all family fun. Can't say enough about it. The kids look forward to going every year!!!

Oceanfront perfection!

We have been enjoying a family vacation on LBI for many years and this is the best house we have ever stayed in! It has everything you need and more. Very spacious, a well-equipped kitchen, decks on each level, clean and modern. And of course, the ocean and beach make a magnificent backyard! The owners are super nice too!

Fabulous

For over four decades, we have spent at least 3 weeks a year renting on the island. We love the south end of the island because it is close enough to dining, shopping and entertainment yet quiet with beautiful with not crowded beaches. We've searched for the perfect beachfront and finally found one 3 years ago. This home is it. Specious rooms beautifully decorated and a well equipped kitchen. A screened in porch perfect for morning coffee and sunset viewing and two large decks overlooking the beach and the ocean. if you decide to skip the beach, sunbathing on the deck is perfect. The ocean views, day or night add to making this the perfect beach house. The owners go out of their way to equip the house for perfect vacationing.

My family just loves the house

This property is well maintained and the layout is perfect for my family. The rooms are large and the kitchen well equipped. The 4 little kids loved their own room and the 2 adult couples found all the privacy they needed. The pre-arrival directions from the owners were clear and without problems. My only wish, as a senior with a walking problem, is that they had a more direct pathway to the beach. The extra steps are difficult for me, thus I spend my time on one of the lovely decks. The beach is never crowded and guards are always on duty.

The kids just love the Water Park and Fantasy Island, which is only a 5-10 min.

trip. We have been vacationing on LBI for 9 years now and we prefer the Holgate area the best. You're close, but not on top of all the commercialism. Restaurants and stores are within easy reach and yet the area is very quiet. The northern part of the island is lovely also, however their rental prices have far exceeded what they offer in return. We will stay in Holgate at the same rental again this year.

Great House in Super Location

This is a lovely home in a super location. The description was completely accurate, the property was immaculately maintained, and the whole experience was first-rate. The house is pricey, but worth every penny.

Security deposit returned after house is cleaned and inspected on Saturday departure.

A Security deposit of $1000.00 is required and checks only are to be made out to KJ Pearsall. A contract will be sent of you to sign and return to 59 Mountain Ave. Millburn NJ. We request that 50% of Rental be paid by Jan 15, 2016 and the remaining 50% is due no less than 4 weeks before the rental week. We do not accept credit cards or money to be wired.

All new state of the art appliances, including dishwasher, fridge with large ice maker, gas range and gas oven (convection), microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker. Ample parking. Reverse living with open floor plan and high ceilings on 2nd floor , making for spectacular views and easy maintenance. 1st Floor has 4 bedrooms with views and separate laundry room. Deck furniture on both decks hammock, rocking chairs, chaise lounges,adirondack chairs(renters must supply beach chairs). Please note we do not have a telephone land line. Renters are responsible for their own beach chairs. We do have back up linens for all beds if you forget your linens, as well as towels, though we encourage you to bring your own since it is the responsibility of the renters to leave all linens and towels clean. We do purchase 10 beach passes, but we are not responsible for any loss or replacement.
