'Beautifully furnished home and ideal location. We hit Rodeo Drive to the Fashion District and everything in between and only used a 1/2 tank of gas! Very comfortable environment, with all the amenities we needed in a classic-style home. '"We will be back"
Perfect base for visiting our so-Cal family in Midtown LA and Pasadena. Conveniently located near many stylish restaurants on Melrose, Beverly, and 3rd--and close to our favorites, The Grove and Farmers Market, as well as Larchmont Village. Good base for tourists sightseeing farther afield--the beach at Santa Monica, Disneyland etc. Lovely, peaceful haven to return to after a day on the Freeways (!). LA traffic still and forever epic. Charming decor and as the French say, toutes les conforts--every comfort. Treesa is a gracious, sophisticated hostess and there are so many thoughtful touches.

Treesa is a creative and intuitive designer. ' I try to imagine what it is like to come to a big exciting city and still feel at home and safe. We all have expectations, especially since LA is often staring in so many TV shows and movies, so I want my guests to feel they are a part of all that is happening- the minute they walk through the front door.'
The eye for detail and demand for the best, drives me to meet every anticipated need of our visitors. You will be greeted with wine basket and delicious treats to welcome you.
Treesa Robinson purchased this house in 2001
This area of West Hollywood has the best of what is offered. In these small cities located in the metropolis, one can feel safe and at home. We are in a quiet part of the town, but are walking distance to what is happening and fun in tis interesting and hip neighborhood. Lots of West Hollywood is about late night bars and clubs, and while they are only a hop and a skip- we enjoy the serenity of the quiet coziness of a small town street and neighborhood. Jay Leno does his Jay Walk segments just up on Melrose- just to show you how eclectic and funny the local color really is.
There are so many benefits to our home and area. The lifestyle is soooo LA... grab a latte by walking 2 blocks to Melrose Ave, go to the gym, meet friends just up the street for an organic wrap salad on a sidewalk cafe, watch the celebrities and paparazzi in and out of the boutiques, stop by the Santa Monica boulevard Trader Joe's for amazing gourmet items to make a beautiful dinner by candle light in our home. Surrounded by first quality furnishings and drapes, you feel like you are in a five star hotel.. then go out on the town- just a short cab ride to the Hollywood Bowl or club..all fun. This is what we Angelos get everyday-- come vacation like a rock star!
In many years of experience with holiday apartments I have never encountered such a beautifully decorated, well-kept and amicably managed home. Treesa's knowhow in interior decoration is noticeable in every detail, and in addition she was a perfect host, quickly responding to any of our requests.
The location is perfect: far enough from the avenues' traffic but near enough to enjoy the shops and restaurants: Farmer's Market, The Grove are a few minutes' drive. A secret hint: "The Shaky Alibi" has just gorgeous waffles!
This property is perfectly situated for touring Hollywood, Warner Bros., Universal Studios. The house is darling and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and were able to relax each evening after long days as tourists. The neighborhood is nice, but the traffic even on the street is pretty busy. We were very thankful for the off street parking. One night we walked to Astro Burger and enjoyed every bite! The mini mart is reasonable and very convenient. We would definitely come back if we return to LA as tourists!
It's terrifically convenient, walk to great shops, restaurants, Whole Foods, LACMA... Right in the heart of all of the neighbourhoods, this house is comfortable, clean and sunny there's a sweet sunny garden, easy parking, two good beds and a well equipped kitchen. We would definitely come back.
The best recommendation is a return visit and this was our second time renting this property. Great West Hollywood location close to grocery stores and tennis courts. Since our last visit, the clothes washer/dryer switched to coin operated, but the positive features overrode that surprise. Spacious premisis, large kitchen with plenty of tableware, well proportioned dining and living areas. We hope to come back again.
This is a beautiful house, clean and well maintained, tastefully furnished and very warm and welcoming. Very comfortable beds, a lovely big kitchen and well stocked with utensils etc for those who wish to cook. The neighborhood is fantastic - just a block away from Melrose with a range of restaurants, bars, cafes - and further afield are a range of places on Beverly Blvd, or The Grove/Farmers Market. Parking is plentiful (which is a big deal in West Hollywood!) with permits supplied. But despite the proximity to the "action", the house is in a very quiet street, which is a dream for a good nights sleep. There is also a lovely front deck to have a morning tea or coffee in your bathrobe and watch the world go by. Treesa is a wonderful host, so helpful and courteous, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'd highly recommend it!
We had so much fun during our LA visit and really loved the house. Treesa's thoughtfulness showed in every detail: the thorough instruction email for check-in/check out procedures; street parking permits; a nice, bright, clean home with tasteful décor and complimentary toiletries; an extra roll-away bed in the closet and plentiful of fresh linen and blankets; a tiled kitchen with good quality utensils and basic pantry items for cooking and eating in. We felt very well taken cared of.
The location is superb, too. The Grove, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and the Original LA Farmers Market are five minutes away by car. You can also walk to many shops and eateries on Melrose: our two teenage daughters enjoyed vintage shopping at American Vintage and Crossroads Trading. In addition, Tatyana Boutique offers gorgeous, retro-inspired fashion seen mostly on ModCloth. Greenspan's Grill Cheese is a chef-driven, much-praised place for a quick, healthy and fulfilling lunch, offering delicious sandwiches made with a wide range of organic cheese and protein choices. We hope to come back to this house next time we visit LA.
