Golfers will be spoiled when it comes to choosing a course as there are multiple courses to choose from all within 10 miles of the home, many are world-renowned. With Disney World a short 11 miles from the front door, this spot offers privacy and relaxation all while being close to all of the action!

The pool can be heated upon request between October and May. 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $32 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
