A great beachfront house!

Easy access to the beach close to Ft Morgan. Well laid out with each bedroom in the corners with private full baths. Spacious living area with a nice view of the dunes and oven. Steps- literally steps from the beach. If you are a beach goer and are looking for less crowded area this is it. Restaurants nearby (especially Jessie’s) are great. We stocked up before heading to the house and made one run into town during the craziness of Spring Break. If you are looking for glamour and glitz this may not be your place, but if you are looking for a beach house we have no complaints and had a wonderful time. We would absolutely rent again.

Poor management

Door handle on sliding glass door to the beach fell off the first day. Could not lock up when we left house or when we slept at night. Issue was never resolved. I asked several times for local manager to call but never received a call.

Nice house but it's time for some updates

Floor plan is very good. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and the kitchen is decent sized. But there needs to be a good bit of updating done inside and out. Lighting, fans, plumbing fixtures etc. are all showing a lot of wear and need updating. Outside, the wood decking is badly aged/cracked/worn in many areas and are a splinter hazard to bare feet.

Excellent house and location.

The house was designed for each group to have their own bathroom, cleaning up after a day at the beach has never been so easy. The kitchen and living rooms had plenty room. No major sets of steps to get to the beach. The fishing was excellent. We had a blast. If you need a big TV for evening/rainy day activities, you may want to look somewhere else. The mattresses in the bedroom beside the front door were not very comfortable.

Loved our stay here!

The house is in a great location. Our family prefers to be away from the large crowds. Some reviews said the house is outdated, but we liked it. My wife is a big Golden Girls fan and the furniture and decor reminded us of that show. The house was clean and everything worked well. We hope to return here in the future.
