Enjoy staying at upscale Sullivan's Island in a fully furnished and newly renovated condo available weekly and nightly (3 night minimum), located within a five minute walking distance to the beach and restaurants (Poe's, Sullivan's, Salt, Cafe Medley, Tacomamacita, High Thyme, Co Op, Home Team BBQ, Obstinant Daughter). Fifteen minute drive to historic downtown Charleston and airport. Previous renters have been very pleased with accommodations, location, hospitality,and cleanliness. Condo includes granite countertops, new porcelain tile floors, new cabinets, and new furnishings. See guestbook comments on this website.
Condo includes queen size bed, full bath, kitchen, and living room (flat screen tv). Unit is first floor with convenient parking at the rear of the building. Laundry on-site. Please bring queen size linens and towels. Linens available for $25 rental fee. Two beach chairs provided for renter's use.
Very convenient location! Perfect for honeymooners, for anyone who loves history, or for anyone wanting to relax in a family-oriented beach community. Quiet, safe, and comfortable. Sorry no pets and no smoking. You can walk everywhere, or just park your car and not move it for the week. It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful, friendly atmosphere that the Charleston area has to offer. I live locally and absolutely love living in this area. What terrific memories my children have growing up at the islands! We have owned our two condos at 2057 Middle Street since 1991. I started renting them myself about seven years ago. I take pride in my properties. I enjoy meeting my guests and making sure that they are comfortable and satisfied with the accommodations. I would highly recommend my two condos at 2057 Middle Street because they are conveniently located. clean, quiet, and comfortable. There are no other small one bedroom condos available at these rates on the island. The condos are fully furnished and nicely decorated. Many of my guests are repeat visitors. My husband and I enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean, quiet, and the owner was very helpful with recommendations to restaurants and site-seeing attractions. The condo is very convenient to the beach, to delicious restaurants, and a short drive to historical downtown Charleston. We can't wait to come back and visit!
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for our one year anniversary and had a lovely time! Not only is the location amazing, the space is perfect for two people and very comfortable. We had a great time walking to all the DELICIOUS restaurants as well as the beach!! We definitely will want to come back!
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this condo for her birthday May 2016. We could not have asked for much more during our stay. The weather was perfect almost the entire time, we got to see and do so many things, and our fantastic little condo was so perfectly convenient.
The unit was just the right size for us with everything we could have asked for. We could walk to literally everything on Sullivan's Island of interest: some of the best restaurants are right next door and the beach is only 2 blocks away. Parking was available right beside our unit and Charleston was a quick drive across the bridge.
We did not have to contact the property manager for any reason while we were there only because she was so proactive with providing us with everything we needed ahead of time. Our security deposit was refunded promptly, and in full, upon our return.
We will definitely be back!
Due to the death of wife's father, we were unable to make our April 2014 stay. The owner very kindly refunded our money, despite having no obligation to do so. This act of good faith helped us through a difficult time, and re-affirmed our desire to one day stay at this property. We look forward to one day doing so.
My husband Bob & I just spent a week here & loved it. It was clean, cozy, and the bed is to die for. Slept like babies. Carol is the perfect host and knows the area and real estate. It is in the middle of everything, easy walk to beach, restaurants and town. I do believe this will be a yearly stop in the future. Miss it all already.
Our family has stayed at both of the owner's condos on Sullivan's Island, and we absolutely love it each time we visit! The location is superb - close to the beach, to playgrounds, to wonderful restaurants, to historic sites, anything you could want for a beach vacation. The condos are well-maintained, clean, fully stocked for cooking, and the area is quiet, safe, and extremely friendly. Each time I have contacted the owner with questions, she has responded promptly, and she is genuine in her concern for guests to enjoy their stay. Most recently, she allowed us to extend our stay one more day because we were enjoying ourselves so much! She also made some wonderful recommendations for things that our young children would enjoy in the area. We could not be more happy with our vacations at these properties on Sullivan's Island!
Sullivan's Island is a small island community rich in history and is located between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Fort Moultrie, located a half mile down the street, is an interesting national landmark to visit complete with a museum, fort, and cannons. There are many opportunities to explore art, theater, music, gardens, and festivals in the Charleston area. To name a few, enjoy the Southeastern Wildlife Festival in February, the Cooper River Bridge Run in April, the Blessing of the Fleet (shrimp festival) also in April, and Piccolo Spoleto in May/June. The gardens at Magnolia Plantation and Middleton Place are fabulous in the springtime. There is always something to do in the Charleston area. Don't forget to take a carriage ride through historic downtown Charleston and visit the Market and many antique shops. There are numerous outstanding restaurants in the area.

There is a strict no pet policy for renters at the condo complex. Pets are not allowed! Smoking is also not allowed in the condo. I take special care of my condos so that they are nicely kept for each renter. Thank you in advance for taking good care of my condos during your stay. I really appreciate it!
Payment is by cash or check. I will send you a Vacation Rental Agreement with details of payment. I can waive the $75 cleaning fee if you choose to clean the condo yourselves. You will not be charged for the cleaning if the condo is left in the condition that it was found. I require a $250 fully refundable security deposit which is returned in full if all looks fine after checkout.
