Our guests often tell us how beautiful the casa is and that the photos do not reveal how beautiful it really is!!

I have lived in Northern New Mexico for over 12 years after spending almost 20 in Paris, France (yes, I speak French :-) ). I have a degree in architecture and design and have also dabbled professionally in Land Art. I have tried to make Casa Paloma not only aesthetically pleasing, but a true "respite" for recharging our batteries in our busy world!
W Wood purchased this condo in 2008
All of our guests have loved Casa Paloma and many come back as regulars. Often they'll tell me that they loved being in the casa so much that they'd eat and relax at home instead of going out! Guests also love the numerous artwork throughout the casa, many done by members of my family (wonderful artists!). The reviews in our Guestbook say it all!
At Casa Paloma, you will truly feel the 'peacefulness' of this lovely home. Walk in the door and relax in a soothing yet sophisticated decor. It is beautiful and yet very cozy! Enjoy the private patio with its hot tub and little garden complete with flowers, grass (except when covered by snow!), a tree and view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. A private quiet peaceful hidden get-away, yet close to stores, restaurants, etc. Even the UPS man was surprised at how we are in the center of town and yet hidden away!
We've enjoyed our stay at Casa Paloma and agree with all the reasons stated by your other guests. We too have rented many different houses in Taos in the 80's & 90's but not in recent years. We very much like your contemporary southwest decor and design - a nice light touch and we were surprised to find it well stocked in the kitchen - too bad we stopped by the grocery before we came to the house! Very nice to find real flowers and a pizza in the freezer! (which we didn't eat, but it could have come in handy). Lambert's restaurant was as good as we remembered. Happy to find a few "old friends" left on the restaurant scene. Best, Kathleen & Allen Lebeck (from Albuequerque, NM) and Elissa Lebeck (from New York City)
This is a wonderful apartment. Very comfortable, with a cozy fireplace, full kitchen, and a hot tub! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again.
This rental was a very nice place to stay. Everything was ready when we arrived. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay there again if I returned to Taos. All activities and restaurants were close and the ski lodge was just a few miles away up the mountain.
Casa Paloma was our last stop on a road trip, which we stayed mostly at VRBO's. It was our favorite place by a long shot! Winton has thought of every detail a guest would want and even left cute Halloween gifts for our two little boys. She was very accommodating to our young family and let us arrive early so we could get settled before dinner/bedtime. The boys enjoyed the few kid toys and books and we all loved the hot tub! The beds are very comfortable, there are plenty of towels, and the kitchen is very well stocked. Her art and decorating style are really fun too! We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Taos (soon I hope!). Thanks Winton!
What a great condo! Lovely inside and out. We wished we could have stayed much longer! We would absolutely choose to stay here when we come to Taos.
Casa Paloma is a wonderful place to stay. We used it as home base to go to Chama and ride the scenic train. We would definitely stay here again.
Great place in Taos to stay- Winston is a doll and fantastic to work with. The condo is lovely and is fully stocked with everything you need! I highly recommend this place!
