My condo is a safe, comfortable, clean haven. My family refers to it as my personal 'spa'. I have completely remodeled it with stainless appliances, new white/glass cabinetry, electric fireplace, granite counter tops, travertine tiled spa-like bathroom. My bed is extremely comfortable and the bedroom has sliding doors opening into the lanai as does the living room.
I have state of art Wi-Fi, cable 47 inch LCD/HD wall mounted TV and DVD in the living room and a 36' lcd tv in the bedroom.
The sunset in the ocean can be viewed without leaving my home, but a much better view is steps away from my back door. It is located above the Redondo Beach Pier with all its activities and restaurants. Kayak rentals, bike rentals, pedal boats and whale watching or fishing/sailing boats abound.
I never have to take my car to shop, eat out, or go to a gym. It's all right here.

Although we are minutes away from the Los Angeles freeway system, it seems like worlds away. The air is fresh off the ocean and we rarely need air conditioning or heating. The temperature is very moderate this close to water.
The bike path is just outside my front door and I can ride all the way from Palos Verdes to Santa Monica (20 mi) mostly on the beach/strand through Hermosa, Manhattan, El Segundo, Marina del Rey and Venice.
The complex has two fantastic heated ocean view swimming pools, bbqs and jacuzzi's, plus a state of the art gym.
I have raised four wonderful children in the South Bay area and am now kept very busy helping them raise their little ones. My granny/nanny services are sought after and I spend a lot of time away from my beach home.

My aunt purchased this condo in the seventies when it was the 'model' for the new complex. She enjoyed many years of retirement here and loved every minute of being in her beach home. She never owned or needed a car.
I moved here in 2005 and remodeled it from top to bottom. Everything is new and beach cottage decor.
The property has 14 acres of meandering koi streams, waterfalls and landscaping. All behind locked security gates.
This location is fantastic. It is not far from the freeways of L.A., yet it is oceanfront and peaceful. You can walk to anything that you want or need. As you walk the beach, you will see dolphins and sea lions. Take the whale watching boat from the pier. Numerous restaurants and shopping galore. Views, views, views
The unit was extremely convenient and quiet. It was very safe and had all the necessary items for a comfortable extended stay.
Love the view close to shopping enjoyed all the pier resturants, and late night activity . Easy access to the beach, and surrounding business. The pool is a great place to enjoy the sun, and people watch. The one bedroom apartment was lovely and will appointed. Parking was very easy, love the walk at night and the beautful sunsets. I will love to stay next time I'm in town, enjoy all the services the pool weight room but mostly the area is fanatics. Safe for the whole family and friends. I will be back and tell all my friends to come and stay they will love it.
There aren't enough accolades to list for this adorable apt! It's a perfect home away from home for 2 people. All of the necessities are met ... from the remodeled kitchen with all accessories, to the comfortable Queen-size bed. Even the toilet is intelligent - giving you the utmost of comfort.
Living in "The Village" is like being in a tropical garden - flowers everywhere, 2 spectacular pools and a friendly staff. We try to make this cozy inviting condo our winter getaway every year!
The condo is comfortable & conveniently located. We used the bikes on The Strand, which is steps from the condo. The security at the condo is great and Linda's directions were very well written and helpful. We did many day trips to National Parks & Museums. Hope to return next year.
Great little condo in a fantastic location. The location really is key as it close to everything you could want-even if you don't have a car. Buses are right out the door and fairly efficient. The grounds and pool are lovely and lush.
The owner has everything well stocked and promptly replied to my emails during my stay. I was here for quite awhile and got to know the area well and would definitely stay here again. It's my favorite part of South Bay.

We are located on the ocean side of Catalina Avenue, which is west of Pacific Coast Highway. Our building sits directly on the bike path that runs north and south across the beaches from Palos Verdes to Malibu.
The Redondo Pier is our backyard, Veterans Park our neighbor. On Thursdays, the Farmers Market is a short walk to the park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Dolphins can often be seen playing in the ocean while we shop at the Farmers' Market. We are 8 miles from LAX and 2-3 miles from the major LA freeway system which will take you to Disneyland, Hollywood, Universal Studios and all the other great attractions of Southern California.
