Brand new AC!!

Two bedrooms upstairs with a king and a queen bed, both with their own bathroom, plus loft on the third floor, with a queen bed and a trundle bed ( 2 singles), ample lanai space, washer and dryer in unit, large kitchen, sits on the island's southernmost point, with great complex amenities. Walking distance to two of Kauai's south shore pristine beaches Poipu Beach and Shipwrecks.

Perfect family getaway! The living and dining areas are spacious and breezy on the main floor, so your whole family will feel comfortable. Generous kitchen for cooking fabulous meals, and the lanai looks out over the ocean with a great view of remarkable sunsets every night. Please note this unit is on the third level and there is not an elevator.

The resort is currently reviewing the structural integrity of all the lanai railings as they have found some problem areas. Although we have not yet experienced any issues to our unit lanai , orange construction fencing as been set up as a cautionary reminder.

Great first time to Kauai

We were two families of 4 and had a great time here! The place comfortably fit all of us, we could cook most of our meals here, and the location was amazing; so close to the beach and great walking. The pool access was great too, and they provided beach/pool towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler, which we used nearly every day. The property manager was easy to contact and responsive, and made our trip smooth; they left a great welcome basket with extra keys, instructions, and local guides. We would definitely come back here!

Perfect spot for 2 families with 4 little kids!

This was our second "framily" trip to Kauai and staying at this specific unit-- the kitchen and living area allow us to cook our own meals and of course laundry in-unit is a must with kiddos! There are 3 bathrooms- 1 tub, 1 shower. Beautiful grounds, salt water pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, mostly friendly folks who live there, and tons of small lizards to chase. And less than 10 minute walk to Poipu Beach! Note: a wagon is essential for hauling your littles and beach gear. We hope to be back to this unit next time!

Enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was close to the all the places we wanted to go to. It was comfortable for all of my family members. I would recommend staying here.
