About the property

'La Concha' is a spacious holiday home with approx. 120 m² of living space located in a lush green garden of lawn, flowers and fruit trees. The villa is located in the quite, well-kept and quite residential area of Riells and the property (about 1000 m²) is enclosed by high walls. The pool is 5 x 10m and ranges from 0,6 to 2,20 m in depth. The pool and the garden are maintained by a gardener and pool service. The pool is available from the beginning of April until mid-October.

The bedroom with 4 beds contains 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds and is very spacious ( 17 m²). The shower bathroom also has a bidet. A baby bed and a high chair is provided free of charge. Pets only with prior written consent of the owner.

This is a great place!

The villa was very clean (a bit old-fashioned).

The garden is big and there is a gardener who comes to cut, clean, ... so it couldn't be better.

The pool is quite big but was a bit cold.

The kitchen is well furnished (I've never seen so much equipment in a kitchen).

The owner is quick to answer on the phone or mails.

The villa is close to the beach and shops. But the place was really quiet. I warmly recommend it.

Excellent La Concha

La Concha is very well equipped villa near Riells beach. Interior is clean and comfort and the garden and pool are great. Parking is inside gates so you dont have to leave your car on the street.

Villa is in quiet location but still close to Riells beach, couple minutes walking from sea, bars, shops, bakery, butcher etc. Old town center is 15 mins walking away and worth to visit.

We recommend this property for relaxing holidays and also golf courses on the area are very good.

Lovely Villa La Concha

We were a group of 6 persons spending a wonderful week in La Concha. We all loved the place. Villa, garden and the pool was even more than we expected. Everything worked perfectly and I must say that we have nothing to complain about our staying there. Big thanks for the owner and the agency lady for the excellent service and information. We truly recommend Villa La Concha to everybody.

Stay at la Concha

We stayed in la Concha with a family of 6; 4 adults and 2 children. The house itself has a lot of space and is in a good condition. The kitchen is well equiped and everything you need is already there. Also the free WIFI is nice!

The garden and swimmingpool are really an oase. Several times a week it's being cleaned by a gardener/pool boy.

The location is great; nearby the centre of L'Escala and the beach. It was easy to walk.

We really recommend this property to everybody!!

Very nice place for family

We have been in La Concha for 2 weeks and this was an awfully fashionable place for family.

Everything of equipment that trengeses, was there and the house were good keep up-stop and the garden was very nice.

We got experience luxury for 2 weeks that we'll never forget!

Haus für Rustikal-Liebhaber und Gartenfreunde

Für unseren dritten L’Escala-Urlaub (in einem Privathaus) haben wir uns für das Haus

LA CONCHA entschieden, weil es unseren Preisvorstellungen entsprach und in der Beschreibung alles bot, was wir uns wünschten. Bis auf den Garten, der jetzt einige

geringfügige Anpassungen erlebt hat, als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, trafen wir alles

so an, wie es beschrieben ist.

Die Zimmer rustikal und zweckmässig eingerichtet, die beiden Bad/Dusche mit WC in

sehr gutem Zustand und auch die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht.

Einzig die Mücken hätten wir uns gerne erspart, die uns nämlich den Urlaub etwas vermiest‘ haben. Jedoch ein Punkt auf den der Vermieter keinen Einfluss hat.

Tipp: Wenn es nachts nicht so windig ist (z.B.bei warmer Südströmung), ist (wäre) in den Schlafzimmern ein Deckenventilator oder kleiner Tischventilator eine herrliche ‚Schlafhilfe‘,

und würde erst noch die Mücken etwas vertreiben.

Pool-und Gartenservice-Leute kommen regelmässig 1x/Woche, meist (unauffällig) morgens.

Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Haus, das die Ansprüche einer bis zu 6-köpfigen

Familie auf jeden Fall erfüllen kann.

L'Escala is situated in the southern part of the Bay of Rosas. Not to long ago it was a small fishing harbour, and even today has retained its original charm. It's appearance is dominated by individual holiday homes of varying sizes and not spoilt by multi-storey apartment blocks.

Golf: Perelada: An outstanding 18-hole par 71 course with a 6,071 metres layout and 4 tees boxes per hole. With few slopes and different areas with lakes, trees and lush manicured gardens it is a suitable course for players of all levels.

Pals: The 18 hole, Par 72 Golf Serres de Pals runs among pine woods, olive trees, rice fields and water features.

The course flows smoothly over the original curves of the land and has three areas; Links - a reminder of British charm, Woods - holes overlooked by trees and Lakes.

This combination tests the skills of players and at the same time allows all levels to enjoy the game, from beginners to the more experienced
