I’m a Californian native and I know Los AngelesI We are EMPTY NESTERS and want to share with YOU. We love hosting guests near and far. We have been hosting for a while and we are loving every single moment of it. Great Walking neighborhood with pride of ownership is showcased here. If you like architecture this neighborhood has charm. Each house is custom built and every house looks different. It offers Tree-Lined mature Magnolia trees.

The house has been completely renovated yet retains it's old charm. The layout is very open with well appointed 3 bedrooms and a spacious back yard. You'll also have your own driveway for your cars so parking is very convenient, just steps from your front door. Extremely quiet and peaceful street. It's a refuge in the middle of bustling LA.

Paul and Daisy are fantastic hosts, the house is great and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in LA. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but allows easy access to everything you want to see in LA. Would definitely recommend and would have no hesitation in staying again.

Loved the Home and the Location! Perfect!

When we first arrived at Paul and Daisy's lovely home, we instantly fell in love with the overall look of the neighborhood. The home is located on a tree lined street, with beautiful homes built in the 1940s. There is so much character and charm to the area, and once you go inside the home, you are not disappointed. My daughter is a writer and was doing a book signing in Hollywood. We wanted something close to the venue, and with easy freeway access. The home had both, but once we arrived, we wanted to move in! The home has vintage charm, but with all modern conveniences. The kitchen has been completely updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The decor is warm and inviting. Everything is well stocked.....towels, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Paul and Daisy were fantastic hosts! I truly hope they will let us stay again because we are already planning another trip!

Great retreat for a visit to a busy city

This house was perfect for our visit to Los Angeles. It is quiet, comfortable, lots of room, friendly, helpful hosts and it has everything you need to cook in or you can visit one of the many close by excellent restaurants. It is an ideal location for exploring downtown LA, the Hollywood area and Pasadena/Glendale. The used book store, "Iliad" at the corner of Cahuenga and Chandler is nearby and a must stop. After a busy day it was nice to feel like you were coming home. Great beds!

This house was great!!

Overall this house was everything needed. House was updated. My family enjoyed the shower head rainfall. Free movies to watch on tv. They also have a hot tub, but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Universal Studios was less than 5 miles away. Gelson’s Grocery store is only a couple of blocks away in case we forgot to pack something. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

Our family travelled from Utah in one day. When we got there it was late but Paul was awesome and made it easy for us to access the home and get comfortable. The house was great, clean and cozy with lots of room to relax, dine and spend time with family. The kitchen really was fully furnished and had everything we needed. The patio was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised to find a quiet neighborhood so close to all the things we wanted to do (Universal Studios, Hollywood, Walk of Fame, Santa Monica beach). Thank you Paul and Daisy for a fabulous stay! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
