If you're looking for a clean well kept home in a beautiful wooded location near downtown Rochester and near Mayo Clinic, then this is a perfect home for you. This is a ranch style home in the highly desirable Glendale Hills neighborhood. The home has 4 bedrooms. Beautiful view of the Glendale Hills valley provides a fantastic view for looking at all the trees, deer, turkey, and a large variety of birds.
The main floor provides everything you need with 2 bedrooms. The lower level has additional space with a great room, workout space, 2 more bedrooms and a full bath.

We are providing our home for guests of Mayo clinic as a service to you during your difficult times. We hope to help you feel more comfortable in our house and have more space than you would in a hotel, especially for an extended stay.

Great location for our Mayo visit

The house was perfect for our family visiting during my husbands surgery at Mayo. House was large enough for people to spread out and each have their own space. The house had some areas that could use a deep cleaning but overall was well taken care of. The only disappointment was when we arrived the entire driveway was covered in thick ice. It was a little disappointing that after making the long trip I then had to try and remove the ice before my mother-in-law arrived since she was going to be parking outside

Great place to recoup after surgery

We couldn't have been more pleased with our 5 week stay at this home in Rochester. It is beautifully furnished with all the comforts and amenities of home. I was required to have caregivers with me at all times - so there was plenty of room for everyone to gather together or have their own space. I cannot thank the homeowners enough for making our extended stay in Rochester so nice and comfortable. We truly appreciate them opening up their home to Mayo patients and their caregivers !!!!

Awesome house!

This house was perfect for our stay. It’s in a great neighborhood and convenient to Mayo. It was clean and fully stocked. Owners were accessible and very nice. I would definitely stay again.

We have lived in Rochester since 1989. We love the town and all it has to offer. We also love spending time with family in Tucson, AZ. We decided to provide our house to visitors coming to Rochester for Mayo clinic services when we are in Arizona. Mayo clinic offers world-renowned health care so we know people travel great distances to see doctors here. We hope to ease the stress of these families while going through difficult health issues.
