I have lived in Marco Island for over 25 years and enjoy the beauty of what this area has to offer. I would not want to live anywhere else. I love canoe trips, kayaking, golfing and enjoy occasional tennis. We have friends that take us fishing and just being a tourist on the water. I hope you have an opportunity to enjoy this gorgeous area.

Our family lives in Marco Island, Fl, just one half hour away from our resort cottage unit. We love this area and our children love the activities, lifestyle, and water sports that Naples has to offer. Once the Resort was built, the proximity of the resort to the beaches, to downtown 5TH AVE, to Tin City, the boating, fishing, and great biking paths, was an easy sell for us.

We love having both properties, one in Naples and one on Marco Island. It is a vacation year round for us. We know our rental guests will love it as much as we do.

What makes this condo unique

In the summer, we love to stay at our Resort and enjoy the SPA treatments, the tennis club, the fabulous fitness center, the pilates and yoga classes, the fabulous pools,and the special treatment we receive by the resort staff. We love to rent bikes and enjoy a leisurely ride through 5th and 3rd Avenues and eat at our favorite bakery and coffee shop. The beach is less than two miles away and the bike paths down Bayshore Drive is gorgeous. The Naples Zoo is just a few miles away as well, and that is a real treat for the family. At the end of our day we are blessed with some of the most beautiful sunsets in Florida. Sitting beachside with a margarita in hand watching the sun set is nothing short to an end of a perfect day. GREAT dining is in abundance within a three mile radius. Just eat and enjoy. We would love to share our home with you.

Wonderful February Vacation

This is a very nice, clean unit overlooking the pool. Great location! We were two couples renting for a month. Our only major problem was the second bathroom. The lighting was inadequate and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. We spoke to June's handyman about the possibility of getting a new shower head.

The unit is well supplied and the owner was quick to respond to any questions and small problems we had.

We had a wonderful time in sunny Naples!

Owner's Response: Thank you Barbara. I am sorry about the water pressure in second bathroom. I am an original owner at the resort and never had a complaint about the second bath shower pressure. The community was busy in February and it might have caused a lessening in the pressure but my handyman replaced all three bath sink aerators and cleaned out the guest shower head just in case it would help. I am always trying to keep our unit in pristine condition which my guests have always appreciated. Have a wonderful rest of the year. Regards. June Prophet

Relaxing, Great Location, Beautiful Unit

This is a beautiful, well decorated, corner, second floor, three bedroom unit overlooking the pool/cabana area. We (2 couples) rented this unit for a week.

The unit is located within a gated community, close to shopping, restaurants, beach, etc.. They provide complimentary shuttle service to various areas along 5th avenue and 3rd street, if you prefer not to walk. This unit comes with it's own designated parking space right outside the unit and right next to the elevator.

The unit is well supplied with dishes, towels, etc., everything you would possibly ever need.

The owner was easy and very pleasant to work with and responded back quickly to any questions we may have had.

Based on the time of year we rented, I would recommend this place for 55+ or parents with VERY young children.

I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this unit.

Another great N.B.R. vacation!

This was our 3rd year staying in this condo and our 6th year staying at Naples Bay Resort. This unit is wonderful! Nicely decorated, clean, fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need and there is a beautiful view of the pool area from the balcony. The owner, June, is incredibly nice and easy to work with. Also it is a short walk to Tin City and downtown (or take the shuttle).

Fabulous place to stay in Naples

The unit was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we needed, was beautiful and clean, and in a great location near the pools. If we go back to Naples (and I hope we will) we will definitely be staying there again.

The owner is also wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

Fabulous, top quality, efficiently maintained and great location

We have seen several apartments in the cottages and this apartment is by far the best and one of the best in the area.

The apartment is on the second floor with a beautiful view over the pool area. It is very tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Everything in the apartment is top quality; beautiful towels and bedding; the kitchen is equipped with top of the range appliances and a very good range of cooking utensils and a very generous selection of plate and glassware.

The owner is wonderful and super-efficient. She can always be reached by email or phone but there is rarely the occasion because everything in the apartment is super efficiently maintained.

The location is fabulously near to shops and restaurants and downtown Naples can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.

We have stayed in this apartment every year for the last 6 years and are very sad that our family has out grown us so we no longer need such a large apartment.

A big thank you to the owner June for the wonderful memories and happy holidays to the lucky ones that are lucky enough to book the apartment.
