Welcome to The Summit Chalet, an updated condo within walking distance to the Snow Summit Ski Resort  and a short drive to local shopping and the Village.

Stepping into this newly updated condo, you will appreciate the modern decor and amenities. Not sure where to find something? Not to worry, as every drawer, cabinet and closet are neatly labeled.

The family room has an oversized comfy sectional sofa, situated in front of the wood burning fireplace and large Flatscreen TV.

The dining area has a large table with seating for six with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar, there is also a high chair provided in the dining area. The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a Keurig Coffee Machine provided.

Off the living area and down the hall is a three quarter bath and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer available for your use. You can also gain outdoor access to the side deck where you can grill on the charcoal barbecue.

Head upstairs to find the three bedrooms. The first room offers a California King bed and a Twin, Flatscreen TV and outdoor upper deck access. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and Flatscreen TV. There is a full bath in the hallway. On the third floor is the loft area offering two Full beds and flatscreen TV.

Note: The home you have booked has a strict no pets policy due to home owner allergies. Bringing a pet inside this home will result in loss of full deposit.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
