Voted one of the top ten US Budget Resorts, the Maui Eldorado Resort is in an area known for pristine, white-sand beaches and crystal-clear, blue waters. Also, this property is only a ten-minute drive from historic Lahaina Town. Blessed with condo prices that are lower than hotel rates but with many hotel style services, this resort sits just off of beautiful Black Rock Beach.
Why pay those crazy hotel prices when you can stay in the luxury and privacy of your own condominium with all of the hotel amenities at your service? This GORGEOUS, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONED STUDIO is HUGE at 570 square feet (larger than most other resorts' one bedroom units), plus a large lanai for dining or simply relaxing. Pets and smoking are NOT permitted.
This suite has been appointed with Hawaiian-themed furniture and bedding, appliances, towels (bath and beach), linens, TV, DVD/VCR, mirrored walls - all waiting for you. Wifi Internet connectivity is complimentary in the suite. Have fun in the heart of Kaanapali at the Maui Eldorado, only steps away from one of the best WIDE SANDY BEACHES on the island.
Check in and the on-site staff will take you and your luggage to your unit. Forgot something or need a snack? Pick it up at the Eldorado Market, located in the lobby. Getting tired of just lying around in the sun or at the resort's private cabana? Utilize the on-site activity desk to book a snorkel trip, sunset sail, whale watch or special evening entertainment in the Lahaina area.
This OVERSIZED STUDIO has a king-sized bed and a convertible, queen-sized sleeper-sofa bed, full kitchen, bathroom with separate dressing room/vanity, a washer/dryer and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leading onto your private lanai.
Step off your lanai and walk five-to-eight minutes along the Royal Kaanapali North Golf Course to the only PRIVATE BEACH CABANA IN WEST MAUI, right on the wide, sandy beach and reserved for Maui Eldorado Guests only - with an attendant on duty and equipped with beach loungers, chairs, towel service, a full kitchen, washrooms and showers - FABULOUS FOR FAMILIES. Complimentary golf cart shuttles to and from the beach and the cabana are available, if you decide you would prefer to ride, not walk!
Even closer than the beach are the three pools on the property with four poolside gas grills. Take an easy ten-minute walk to Whaler's Village, a popular dining, shopping and art gallery district, or visit the many resort hotels (Westin, Marriott, Hyatt, Sheraton etc.) that surround Whaler's Village to enjoy additional fine dining, spa facilities, etc.
Whether you're looking for a quiet get-away, a busy beach vacation, golf, scuba diving, snorkeling, biking, tennis (next door at the 11-court, night-lit Royal Lahaina Tennis Ranch)... it's all here... waiting just for you! Enjoy CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING or just use the Ceiling Fans (most condos on Maui only have ceiling fans).

We moved to Maui in 2003 after enjoying over thirty five years of 'Corporate life' with several different companies. We were fortunate to live in a variety of locations, not only on the 'Mainland' but also in Geneva, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Living in 'Paradise' (Maui) has been and continues to be a most pleasant experience!
Becky Fuller purchased this condo in 2005
It was hard not to fall in love with the Maui Eldorado complex, given the location in Kaanapali, the spaciousness of the units, the proximity to the wonderful/world famous sandy beaches and the beach cabana... a totally unique amenity in this area. We are hopeful that you will find the Maui Eldorado equally enjoyable.
The cabana is a delightful location for celebrations of life (birthday parties for our children, graduation parties, sporting event successes, etc.). Please take advantage of this facility... it is coveted by owners and guests.
What an amazing vacation for our family. We loved the beach and the pool.
Our favorite things of the trip:
Hudson (8) - taking a picture with parrots in Lahaina
Britton (5) - going to the pool every day
Laura/Mommy - travelling to Lanai and seeing the dolphins and whales
Derek/Daddy - geocaching on the Kapalua Coastal Trail and riding the waves on the beach
Thanks for the stay.
I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo while on a trip with my mom to celebrate her retirement. It was truly everything I could have hoped for! The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious and the surrounding grounds, paths, and other areas of the complex were all clean and quiet and felt very safe. The Eldorado staff are friendly and helpful. The lovely and private lanai was perfect for our morning coffee while we watched the birds and enjoyed that fragrant island air. The beautiful and private beach and cabana are just a short walk from the unit. I enjoyed many hours walking on the beach, reading at the cabana, and gazing out at the ocean. Saw several humpback whales and dolphins! It is another short walk to Whaler's Village with its many shops and scenic pathways, as well as a handy place to catch the local hotel shuttle and the transit bus for sightseeing or a quick trip to Lahaina. This is a perfect location for those who do not want to rent a car. We spent hours up on the spacious pool deck, which was always quiet. There were many days when I had the pool practically all to myself. Another short walk away is the Kaanapali Beach Hotel with its Tiki Bar, a great little place to get tasty drinks and food while soaking up the atmosphere. I must also mention that it was truly a pleasure organizing our vacation stay with the owner, Becky. Always quick to respond to any questions, she is unfailingly pleasant and professional and will make sure her guests' needs are not only met, but exceeded! I'm already planning my next visit and hope to book this condo again next year, this time with my husband and kids. Thank you, Becky, for helping make this vacation such a special time for my mom and me. I can't wait to go back!
I've been going to Maui since I was 14 and I'm not 56, I typically stayed at a resort/condo just up the way but they raised their rates to a ridiculous price and I just couldn't do it. We booked with Becky and this is by far the best location on Kaanapali. The condo was perfect for the two of us and one of the few places that I could find that still has a bath tub. Also, the staff at Eldorado is super. Walking down to the cabana is great exercise and if you aren't in the mood, they will give you a lift. Or, if you break two toes on a volcanic rock as I did, you can still get a lift.
Since I don't care to sleep with the AC on, Becky had thought of everything and there is a fan in the closet. Perfect for sleeping or you can sleep with the screen doors shut, windows open. Pure bliss during a tropical storm.
I'm pretty picky about what we eat and not a huge fan of eating out every night and the kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals should you need them. total Gem!!
Thank you Becky.
My wife & I found this studio condo at Maui Eldorado to be perfect for our one week stay while visiting our daughter. The location was ideal for access to just about all the locations and sites we wanted to visit. The staff at the Eldorado had to Aloha spirit and were always pleasant & friendly. We enjoyed the cabana on the beach north of Black Rock and it wasn't at all difficult to arrange a ride down from our condo unit. I would be very remiss if I failed to express our appreciation to the owners for the friendly, prompt and accommodating responses to our questions and concerns. They were, actually, a pleasure to meet and do business with. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience for us and I do-not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone visiting the Valley Isle.
Upon our arrival at midnight after a LONG flight, we instantly noticed the damp, mildew odor similiar to a damp cellar...it only got worse after that! Looking at the cream colored bedspread (not one pictured) we noticed several long dark hairs. Pulling it back, also found dark hairs on the sheets. The ceiling fan made a loud annoying "cricket" sound at every speed, unable to use. The popcorn ceiling was totally filthy especially noticed from the angle of the patio door. Also had 1" - 2" dust strands hanging from the ceiling. Noticed paint chipped off in living room & kitchen areas. Tiled floor was filthy and feet would stick in spots. Red stains on the bottom of the curtain panel's lining, looked soiled. Dead bugs found behind the bathroom door along with a lot of dust! AC vent on the wall by the bed looked filthy and this blew in the unit's sleeping & living areas. We purchased air fresheners to try & eliminate the damp odor but too strong. We stayed (miraculously) 6 nights out of a planned 2 weeks. Couldn't take it anymore after discovering several live bugs in bathroom & the TV armoire infested with termites! We would never again rent any units from these owners!
This is the perfect spot for people looking to enjoy the best of Maui. It's an easy walk to Ka'anapali Beach - with its perfect sandy beach, Black Rock, restaurants, and much more. The private cabana north of Black Rock is the perfect place to spend the day relaxing and reading by the beach. The unit itself was very clean and the kitchen combined with the outdoor lanai allowed us to have many romantic meals at sunset. The location is also an easy drive to Lahaina to the south and Honolua/Kapalua Bays to the north. Overall, we had a great time and we'll definitely be coming back!
20 years ago Napili Bay was a beautiful place to visit, now it is crowded with rude tourists.
The condo was as advertised but the bed was near the refrigerator and it turned off and on all night. Called to get light bulbs replaced, it took two days.
Was clean and the beach a few minutes hike had average snorkeling.
Wouldn't stay here again and probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Though obviously, we are in the minority because there are other 5 star ratings for this property. We just didn't get it.
