My dad's side of the family is from Pinetop, Arizona. I have always loved the area and hoped to own a home there someday. While looking at homes for sale in 2007, one in particular caught our eyes. When my wife liked what she saw my dream became a reality and we bought our cabin in May 2007.
Our cabin was built by Stewart and Genevieve Elson in 1972. It is now called Adair Springs Cabin, in honor of my ancestors who founded the town of Adair where Fools Hollow Lake is currently located and who later settled in Pinetop and Lakeside. It is used as a second home and vacation rental. I hope my guests enjoy the cabin as much as we do.
Loved spending the weekend with you! The cabin is just adorable! You are awesome hosts and we love you! We love your location too! Thanks for a very special fall Festival.

This cabin is loved by the Adair's and it shows! In a quiet neighborhood but right in the heart of town. We went over New Years Eve when a lot of snow came, absolutely beautiful...
The fireplace is definitely a huge bonus!
My only advice is that if you do not have a 4WD to use Rim Road... :)
What a great cozy cabin. We stayed the weekend for our anniversary. It was homey and loved sitting by the fireplace along with an adult beverage. The beds were comfortable. It was a great get away. Thank you for sharing your cabin.
We had a great weekend there. Clean and comfortable, in a nice area with lots of trees. The owner provided detailed directions, and was available by text all weekend. Highly recommended!
We loved the cabin. The living room was cozy and comfy with a wood burning fireplace and leather couch. The bed was comfortable as well and the entire cabin had all of the touches of home. We will definitely stay again.
They really thought of everything from all your kitchen needs to DVD's. The owner is very easy to deal with and responds quickly to any questions you have. It was nice to make a meal in the kitchen or grill on the back deck. Our boys enjoyed being able to have camp fires right in the back yard. We also enjoyed riding our bikes around the neighborhood.
Enjoyed our week's stay at the Adair Springs Cabin in Pinetop! The cabin has everything you will need to make you feel at home - the property is fenced, so if you have pets or small children, you need not be concerned about their safety! Close enough to town, but far away enough so that you are not bothered by traffic noises! The only disappointment was the fact that there is no wifi in the cabin, and the basic cable t.v. package did not include some of our favorite channels!
