About this property

It is a two storey, self-contained luxury house, 240 sq.m. which is located in a private area next to the sea. It has just renovated in 2018. There is a pool 5,00m x 2,70m at the right side of the villa with sunbeds. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with sea view and a modern kitchen.

Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house as a whole, can accommodate up to 12 people. 4 of the bedrooms, have a king size, anatomic hypoallergenic bed. The fifth bedroom has a double bunk bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate another 4 people. Throughout the house there is an independent cooling-heating circuit for each space.
