"We loved the area! It was definitely a trip of a lifetime.
Really enjoyed Greenwich, Meat Packing area. So much better than the craziness on 34th St area and Times Square!
Loved being able to walk to the gym everyday. Really loved Bubby's for brunch. So many great things around your apt. Great access to the Subway - which we rode all over every day."

This tastefully decorated apartment exceeded our (my daughter and I) expectations, as did the attentiveness of the owner. The location is ideal, the building's vibe is relaxed, and the apartment itself was a gem, a truly great place to hang out at the end of long day of playing around in the city. I'm already in touch with the owner to stay there on my next visit to the city. Top notch on every score.
Unfortunately I was unable to rent this apartment because my trip fell through. The owner was so nice in getting all the information to me and I was ready to sign up when I cancel the reservation. It was no problem and he was very gracious. I hope that when I am able to reschedule my trip, the apartment is available because I would surely want to rent it.
Apartment is roomy, comfortable and beautifully artsy. Location is superb, close to nightlife, restaurants, Chelsea and highline. Apt is very quiet.
Owner is pleasure to work with. We will come back.
Comfortable home in a great location-owner was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay!
We were delighted with the apartment. Located in our favorite NYC neighborhood, it is in a lovely old and well maintained apartment house. The apartment itself is beautifully designed - - a delicate combination of color, shape, function. It was not only clean and full of all sorts of wonderful amenities (including fabulous shower pressure!), but it was a joy to simply spend time within this extraordinary space, soaking up its soul-enhancing and clever details. The owner was responsive to every request - - he was always available and helpful, though never intrusive. The neighborhood has a wealth of organic groceries, sources of healthful smoothies, and outstanding restaurants. And a subway stop is right across from the wonderful park facing the building. HIghly recommended!
We are a French family of 3 with a teen daughter, and we enjoy to spend time regularly in the city. After having used the major 5 starts Hotel Mid Town the past 10 years, for Thanksgiving vacation, we were looking at leaving in apartment to enjoy the New Yorker way of life.
If you like Greenwich Village, meatpacking district hot spot, the new High line area, this apartment is a good spot, access to metro minute away, lively "vie de quartier". The facility and apartment is as described, access hall with a doorman, decoration with artistic style as on the pictures, very quite. It is also roomy for a 1 bedroom apartment, no bad surprises in our stay, only good discoveries and impressions.
We were warmly welcome by Daniele, the owner, and received all the tips to take the full benefit of the life in the Village.
