It was really cool place to be.

We had a family vacation at this house. It was exactly how it was perceived in the picture. Lots of space and room to stretch your legs. We enjoyed our time here.

Travel back in time

  • 5 of 5

This cottage is perfect for friends & family, it brings me back to the time as a child that we spent summers at the beach. The 5 bedrooms provide the space & the rap around porch is the perfect place to sit , talk & laugh. The setting couldn't be more peaceful to pass away hours just relaxing and recharging. The pool is perfect for little ones since it only goes to 3.5 feet and the redwood deck is the place to relax and keep an eye on the kiddos. This has been my third rental and I will be back.

Wonderful old cottage...perfect for families!

  • 5 of 5

The Beach House met and exceeded our expectations...for all three generations of our family. From the lovely porches, to the ample interior rooms and the fabulous new deck around the pool, every aspect was just as advertised. Many thanks to Ken and Keenan for their loving attention to this old gem!

A wonderful get-away

  • 5 of 5

I grew up spending summers in this area and wanted to return to that summer beach vacation of my youth. It was perfect, my children and grandchildren all fit comfortably in this large plantation-like home. You are close to Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-lake, Canada's jungle safari and the beach. The pool, no deeper than 4 ft. was perfect tor cooling down and floating on air mattresses, but the best part was starting and ending the day on the wrap around porch. The only thing we missed was an evening fire, but the kids were so exhausted at the end of the day, they were never up that late. Will definitely return, relaxing for the older ones and a lot to do for the younger ones.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

  • 5 of 5

This home is very warm and inviting - it feels like home. Our most favorite part of our vacation was seeing Niagara Falls from the Canada side - a short 25 minute drive away. Our next favorite was having our morning coffee out on the porch of this home. It's relaxing, quiet and so peaceful.

We also enjoyed making a fire in the evenings in the fire pit outside. There are wonderful adirondack chairs around the pit, making it even more relaxing and inviting.

The owners provide basic soaps, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and even fabric softener! We thought these amenities were great and saved us more money!

We ventured to Toronto for a day - only 1 hr and 40 mins away. Fun, fun city with lots to do. We drove to Niagara on the Lake and shopped on Queen Street there - what a beautiful town. Niagara on the Lake is just a short drive away from this home.

At the end of the day, it was nice to come home to this quiet house to wind down and get ready for another day. We would definitely stay here again - we absolutely loved it!

Beautiful home!

  • 5 of 5

The pictures of this beautiful old home can't do it justice. It's lovely and charming and fully functional- including a dishwasher and a second floor laundry room. We travel as a family every year, and usually rent a condo or house. I have never rented anywhere that was stocked with so many staples for everyday use. This place has paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc- which saves you so much money!

We loved our stay so much, and when the dishwasher broke while we were there, the owner had the repair man there to fix it the next day.

The pool is huge- it looks so small in the picture. The beach just down the road from the home was public, but no one was ever there with us- it was so picturesque.

I would highly recommend this home for your family vacation. It's peaceful and relaxing!
