There is nothing quite like this luxury condo situated above the retail area of 'The Landing'. The Landing complex is the perfect proximity to shopping, parks, restaurants, promenade, Avila Beach pier, while the beach and sand are only 300 feet away!

Enjoy this comfortable and contemporary beach condo built in 2009. The amenities include; travertine floors, leather style furniture, 2 fireplaces, stainless steel appliances, plantation shutters, dutch door, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, skylights and spacious balcony deck w/ BBQ and seating. This unit is on the second level, above commercial space. No smoking or pets are allowed.

*** PLEASE NOTE: This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking of any kind will not be tolerated and guests will be charged a $500 fine. The 11:00am check-out time is strictly enforced and any guest who checks out after (not pre-approved by property manager) will be subject to a $50/hour fine. Photos may differ from current appearance as we have updated paint colors and furnishings.

Perfect beach getaway

80 Landing Passage is the perfect location to stay in Avila Beach. Our family of four stayed for a week and enjoyed every moment. Great amenities, nice kitchen, and perfect location (did I mention that?)... We will absolutely book another stay!

Cute, newly renovated spot near the beach

Cute little spot in town, near the beach and everything in Avila. Responsive owner. Could have had more beach gear- beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, a pail and shovel. It would make all the difference. The beach towels seem a must.

Highly recommended!

This condo was perfect for my solo trip to Avila. The condo was extremely clean, and had plenty of basic supplies for my stay. You can’t beat this location- walking distance from the beach and all the shops and restaurants, and garage parking that was easily accessible. As others have stated, the coffee shop below does play music during the day, but they shut it off at a reasonable hour and the rest of the evening is very quiet and peaceful.
