4 Bedroom with family room that converts to private king master suite, 4 Bath, Sleeps 8–10. Large modern style barn doors can be closed and locked for complete privacy. The room offers custom closets and drawers for him and her.

The home is perfectly located one block to the beach with no streets to cross and an easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Use the virtual tour to retrieve information (i.e. Details provides the home address, Tools provides all the features to see the map and neighborhood in Google Earth). You can view the homes large living areas in panoramas. Be sure to use the virtual tour to see this home. One thing you will not see on the tour as of yet is the new, just installed water feature that is outside the first floor master bedroom patio.

THE HOME WAS REMODELED IN JUNE 2015. UPGRADES INCLUDE NEW ITALIAN FLOORING THROUGHOUT THE LOWER FLOOR. THE QUEEN MASTER BEDROOM WAS CONVERTED INTO A KING WITH NEW MASTER BATHROOM AND CEILING FAN. THERE'S ALSO A KING BEDROOM SUITE IN THE BACK FAMILY ROOM. THE ROOM CAN BE USED AS A MASTER KING SUITE WITH 2 ARMOIRES, 2 DRESSERS AND A PRIVATE BATHROOM OR AS A LARGE ENTERTAINING SPACE.

There is additional sleeping for 2 guests in a blue American Leather sleeper sofa located in the from living area. These sofas are rated # 1 for comfort and provide sleepers with a hydraulic sleeping mechanism for easy function. The sleeper provides a very comfortable memory foam mattress with no bars. Rated in the highest qualify for sleepers. We are taking sleepers to another level in our homes! The stunning beach villa is located in a quiet, affluent neighborhood of Lauderdale Beach.

You can catch the water taxi (a 5 minute walk from the home) at the NEW Shooters located on the water way that will take you as far as Miami and West Palm Beach. The water taxi (just a 3 block walk away) can also take you to many featured spots, such as Las Olas. You can see more local attractions by using the virtual tour on our website. There are also several churches and Synagogues to choose from in this area. Bikes can also be rented just 2 blocks from the home.

Professionally designed for a luxurious tropical experience. Featuring comfortable new furnishings, plush 600 thread count bedding, 5 new flat screen TVs and WiFi. Two separate spacious living areas, both overlooking lush, private courtyard with heated pool, waterfall, hot tub, outdoor shower and cushioned dining and lounge areas. A huge family room with dining/game table, 60" flat screen HDTV, surround sound, Blue Ray DVD viewing, bar and french doors opening to sunny pool area that has outdoor speakers.

The large living room also features a garden view, ample seating and a 46" flat screen HDTV. Spacious gourmet custom kitchen, dining area, King Master Suite, Twin bedroom (converts to King) and 3 full tiled bathrooms downstairs. Upstairs find another luxurious King Master Suite with marble bath and a roof top deck with ocean views! We now have an extended patio area around the pool for additional sunbathing room as well as new landscaping, pathways and bamboo barriers around the outdoor shower. The roof deck was upgraded with new hardwood flooring with a custom designed outdoor shower by Louis Shaw, custom designed Boat Sail as shading over the sectional sofa outdoor furniture and dining area. There are tropical plants in custom planters for shading and ambiance.

Coral Beach is located in a quiet neighborhood just off A1A between Sunrise Ave and Oakland Park Blvd. Nestled perfectly close to the beach, just a short stroll though a park that is next to the home (less than a 1 minute walk).

The home is located near the famous Hugh Taylor Birch Park. This park is an oasis of tropical hammocks—a gift from Hugh Taylor Birch to Florida's posterity. His former estate preserves four distinct natural communities, nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Visitors can rent a canoe and paddle along a mile-long freshwater lagoon or fish from the seawall. Nature lovers can hike along two short trails and learn about local plants and wildlife while bicyclists and skaters glide along the paved park road. Visitors can access the beach via the pedestrian tunnel under A1A. Picnic areas overlook the channel; pavilions with water and electricity are available for rent. The park is a quick 15 minute drive south from the house.

About Style Vacation Homes

I currently reside in New Jersey. I grew up in central Pennsylvania, but I have always gravitated to the ocean for relaxation. There is nothing like a walk on a sandy beach to make all your troubles melt away! My family and I have long made it a tradition to gather for vacation in Long Beach Island, New Jersey. But the winters in New Jersey are a little too cold for us, and we often long for the sunshine and warmth of southern Florida. I was fortunate to locate a company to help me design the home for my guests that had the ability to keep my taste, but incorporate tasteful decor that would create a resort feel. Style Vacation Homes designer and owner Louis Shaw, has been a great asset to me for the past 12 years. I have had great success in making my guests happy following their guidelines and policies.

This home provides the convenience of being near the ocean without having to sacrifice the privacy one would lose by being directly on the beachfront. It is only a minute walk to the beach, tucked away in this incredible little neighborhood east of A1A. This spot is so quiet, and there is no busy street to cross. The home provides my large family with several open living areas when they visit. Everyone loves hanging around the pool, the giant family room, or on the rooftop deck.

The family room can be converted into a bedroom at night by the touch of a button. King bed unfolds out of the wall fully made. The room offers a wall closet and the wall unit offers bedside light fixtures. The room becomes private when needed by closing the newly installed modern sliding doors.

There is an airy, tropical feel to this home that I did not experience in the other homes that I had looked at. I thought if I were to make it available to the public, others would discover what a special tropical escape this could be for their families.

What makes this house unique

The home offers guests 2 King master bedrooms and a twin/king option.

Guests have the option to use the guest bedroom with 2 twin beds or convert the bedroom into a King bedroom. We only need to know what the preference is to have the room properly prepared before your arrival.

The large family room area can be st up as a king master bedroom or as a large family entertaining room. The king bed comes down out of the wall over a sofa. The commercial Bi-fold doors provide the privacy for a large master king suite.

I recently stayed at this property with my family ,wife,daughter, and her friend, along with my brothers family ,his wife, son, and his friend. Having two families and two friends ,both teenagers, we needed a property with room for group gatherings and rooms for breaking-away. This was the perfect home. With the design, decor, and location, we felt like millionairs - at least for a week! Privacy of the cul-de-sac, combined with the beautiful landscaping of the home made for a very peaceful setting. Everything you would want to do or see is within walking distance or a very short drive. Just to say we did it, we also tool longer drives to Miamis South Beach one day and Key West another day. You have to love South Florida.



The rental process was turn-key; from booking it, to arrival instructions, to departure instructions, to security deposit back in my hands! ADMS took the gamble out of booking a property on the internet.

Excellent choice

The property is larger than it looks from the street. The interior is very well presented and the furnishings are in good condition. Each bedroom can function as a self contained unit with private access to a bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and there is a good supply of towels and bed linen. Outdoors, there is a large pool and a hot tub with good facilities for grilling and dining. We also enjoyed the roof terrace.

The location is excellent, just a short stroll from the beach (avoiding traffic) and is close to a good range of restaurants, but the street where the property is located is very quiet.

All of our enquiries prior to arrival were dealt with promptly and all arrangements worked well. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Well equipped, great yard, close to beach

A very nice home, the kitchen has plenty of dishes etc., lovely pool and is a very short walk to the beach. Great response by property manager when assistance was required. Good greek restaurants walking distance away as well as an italian bakery with great coffee and gelato.

Location, location, location!

This is a great property, very well appointed, fabulous location and described modestly by your website. However I would be remiss in not letting you know that for our stay it was not cleaned and just barely made presentable. We swept up piles of sand,vacuumed and found several of the beds with hair and sand and the smell of used linens. The grill had not been cleaned so of course we did so before and after use., nor had the dishwasher been run. We were asked to wait outside for over 40 minutes after the check in time as the manager said the twin bed needed converted I did mention to him that our groceries were melting as well as our two 20 mo. grandbabies.....Being landlords of many properties in central Florida I feel obligated to mention some of these concerns as you have a lovely property that deserves to be maintained.

Owner's Response: Hello Tricia, First let me say how sorry I am if you discovered the home not to be to your standards. We hold a high regard for the level of quality of our homes. However, I am slightly confused by your review. The issues that you state in your review have to do with the cleaning and the way the home was presented to you. If a guest finds something not to be to their liking, we will correct the issue immediately. We provide a meet and greet for all of our guests to do a walk through with a property agent on the day of their arrival. If the guest checks in late, we offer the walk through the following morning. The guests have the ability to ask any questions as they are being shown how certain items function in the home. This is a perfect time to address anything that is not to their satisfaction. As stated in the guests Welcome Letter and welcome Booklet in the home, If for some reason the guest is not happy with the way things are being presented to them, they also have been instructed to contact the office. We do not have any reports of the home being presented poorly. Had we been notified, we would have corrected any issues for you. Perhaps you were too busy to contact the office. Still, I find it interesting that your review was submitted 30 days after your departure. The home is professionally cleaned and the linens are all laundered before any guests arrive. What we are aware of as a fact is that you attempted to check into the home earlier than your appointed arrival time of 4 PM. It was reported that you wanted to move into the home closer to 2 PM, but you were refused as the home was not ready to be presented. I apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot allow a guest to check in on a Turn Over day without the home being fully inspected and prepared for the next guest. This is to protect the home inspection from being contaminated by another party. We do now offer the guests the option of placing food items in a cooler that is located in the garage. I am sorry you did not give us the opportunity to address any of the issues you encountered during your stay. Your opinion is very important to us. We take every opportunity to learn from the comments we receive to improve our homes and the service we provide. This is the first 3 star review we have ever received on any of our homes. Sorry, you were not able to get into the home earlier. Thank you, Louis

Very nice home, right on the beach!

We take a golf trip to the Fort Lauderdale area every year. This is the best rental house we have stayed in so far. Very nice and clean, well furnished. The location was perfect, and there was about a two minute walk out the front door to the beach. The management tended to all or needs and were easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay there again next year if not already rented out.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We were a three generation family looking to escape the cold for a week . There was something for everyone in this well appointed, luxurious home. The posted photos do not do it justice. There is a second floor private master suite that included a walk in closet, a sitting area, luxurious modern bath, and is completely surrounded by palm trees in every window- Bliss!

The rooftop deck , heated pool, hot tub, modern kitchen, laundry facilities, large screen tvs, and all the little thoughtful extras provided us with the perfect way to enjoy being together whilst still enjoying private space and conveniences. I could've stayed for a month! The Louis Shaw team was responsive and considerate- I'd love to come back again next year!

Cancellation Policy:
a) If Lessee cancels and the premises are successfully rented to another tenant for the same amount as the current lease between the Lessor and this Lessee, Lessee will receive a refund of the rental payment(s) less a processing fee equivalent to 12% of the total rental rate. The Lessor will also receive a full refund of the security deposit.
b) If Lessee cancels and the premises are rented for less than the amount of this current lease between Lessor and this Lessee, Lessee shall be reimbursed the amount of the rental payment(s) less any difference between rent received from the new tenant and less a processing fee equivalent to 12% of the total rental rate as agreed upon for this lease.
c) If Lessor is unsuccessful in renting premises due to a cancellation, Lessee forfeits all rental payments, excluding the security deposit.
