Comfortable, upscale 3 bedroom + loft , 3 full baths, 2-level , end townhome with lots of windows.
World class skiing abounds. It's just half a mile to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and a short, free bus ride to Park City Resort. Travel 5 more miles and your at The Canyons. It's only a mile to downtown Park City with great restaurants, shopping and galleries. If the snow is cleared, its a very pleasant walk to town.
You can ski hard then come home to relax. Soak in the private hot tub, enjoy the combination of rain shower and body jets (and regular shower, too) in the master bath, laze in front of the living room fireplace, use free WiFi or watch TV on one of many TVs (all bedrooms, living room and loft). The living room HDTV has Netflix and other internet accessible entertainment sites. Several have DVD players to play DVDs you bring or from our small library of family friendly movies. Cook a meal in the fully equipped, well-stocked kitchen and eat dinner by the dining room fireplace while enjoying your favorite music on the MP3 player. New two-zone heating assures warmth throughout the house. We also added AC on the 2nd floor for the rare hot summer day. Since the townhome is just steps from the free bus stop you really don't need a car. If you do have a car, park in the reserved garage space. You'll never have to dig your car out of the snow in the morning. There's also a locking ski locker.
The accommodations are very flexible. Privacy for three couples. Also great for two families or three generations. Loft and living room provide space for separate activities - kids in the loft, adults in the living room! - plus each has a sofa bed. Pack-n-Play and booster seat provided. Free WiFi plus printer, copier and scanner, too.

About Laura Henne
I sell Real Estate in the Washington DC Metro Area. Since business is good, it has been difficult for to get to the house often. Consequently, I decided to rent the house to vacationers. It is my goal to translate my years of customer service in the Real Estate industry to the management of my vacation rental. Why Laura Henne chose Deer Valley
Park City was a given - it's absolutely beautiful, there's a lot to do and the airport is close. You can fly and ski the same day. Since the home is just about half way between Park City and Deer Valley, it's a perfect spot for walking anywhere you'd like to go. We rented a home in a similar location and were convinced this was the right spot. We looked at lots of other townhomes and condos, but in the end, kept coming back to this house. It's large and sunny. Since it has a loft that can serve as a 2nd living room or a 4th bedroom, it's multi-functional. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
What makes this Townhome unique
The house needed lots of cosmetic work but it had 'great bones'. Ceilings are tall in the living room, loft and bedrooms. The stone for the fireplace extends to the loft and makes a beautiful stone wall. All we had to do was update the systems and finishes. The house now has two-zone heating. New mattress/box spring sets - Master Bedroom pillow-top King and Second Bedroom pillow-top Queen. You can't beat the location. When the sidewalks are plowed, its an easy walk to Park City's Main Street. There is a parking garage and reserved parking space but between the bus stop and the close walk to town, you really don't need a car. And recently, with the completion of the St. Regis Hotel, we are within walking distance of the free funicular which takes you up the mountain for great views (plus amazing food and drink).

Perfect location, nice, clean & updated condo.
This condo was perfect for our ski vacation. Only a 1 minute drive to Deer Valley Snow Park resort base, on Deer Valley Drive North. Underground garage space so our car never had snow on it.
The layout is: 1st floor--kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, bedroom with queen bed and separate guest bath. Private hot tub outside back door on 1st floor. Great after skiing, but no privacy fence around it. It is in view of the street & condo sidewalk, but we never saw anyone any night.
2nd floor-- sitting area in loft, master bedroom with king bed and master bath with fantastic jet/raincan showerheads & tub, 3rd bedroom with 2 twins and separate 3rd bathroom.
I'd say it's perfect for a family of 4 plus grandparents or another couple that can stay in the guest bedroom downstairs.
The property was clean & updated (granite counters in bathrooms, nice furniture & linens). The owner was VERY helpful--giving travel tips and helpful hints about the condo & surroundings. She checked on us after the first day to make sure everything was going well.
It's probably a 10-15 minute walk from the condo to Main Street. This was a little too far for us since we had 2 young kids in the snow, but not bad if you are adults not wanting to drive. Owner has a great binder in the condo that lists great restaurants & activities & stores in the area.
Definitely would recommend this place. Super nice! Would rent again!
Great location and condo.
This location met all our needs and expectations. Close to lifts and town. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. We hope to return!
Place is great and convenient with just a couple of issues
The place is great. The location is great. Well furnished. A couple of issues:
1. We had trouble finding it. The address is not on Google Maps or Wayz. We spent about 45 minutes in the evening of arrival looking for it. My suggestion to future travelers is follow the owner's directions rather than any GPS maps.
2. The beds are too soft.
3. Dishwasher works but it has seen better days.

I'm very happy Sergei enjoyed the house and had an enjoyable vacation. I always appreciate input to help make the experience even better for the next renters:
- As a result of the difficult Sergei had in finding the house, I've added a note to my informational e-mail encouraging guests to use my detailed directions and avoid GPS/on-line maps.
- The mattresses are new. They are rated as "firm" but are manufactured with a pillow-top affixed to the mattress. Perhaps that is what made them feel too soft. Personally, I like the extra padding but it's not for everyone.
- I'm planning to replace the dishwasher this spring.
Clean, comfortable, and convenient! The location was perfect!
The condo was perfect for our ski vacation. We all had plenty of space. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was so convenient to Deer Valley with a few short steps to the shuttle. The Deer Valley shuttles were always readily available. We hope to use this condo again in the future!
Lovely place in Park City
Laura is a great host. The place is lovely and has lots of room and plenty of beds. Parking was not an issue. Overall a great experience.
Perfect for our group of 4. Laura was always helpful if we had any questions. Free transit stops right there to get anywhere in the Park City/Deer Valley area.
Other Activities: hot air ballooning, art galleries, snow tubing,snow shoeing.

Quoted rate includes damage deposit of $500 required with final payment. Returned per agreement within 15 days of departure. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Cancellations not permitted within 60 days of arrival. Cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival are subject to a $100 booking fee to cover owner's expenses.
