This is the perfect location for all the fun Ellicottville has to offer this Summer! Walkable to all downtown Village of Ellicottville hot spots! The house comes with massive, brand new concrete driveways on either side of the house for plenty of off street parking! There is tons of space for family and friends to enjoy time together-inside and out! Please message me with any questions. This is a 30 day minimum rental.

Our stay during Beer and Wine Fest

Really close to town, just a street over and a block or two away. It was a $10 Uber ride to Holiday Valley for the Bear & Wine Fest, and a quick walk into town. We enjoyed the Festival with friends then went out for dinner and dancing at GinMill. Nice to sleep in a bit without barking dogs and kids coming and going! Weekend retreat for four adult friend couples. Had a fire the first night and played games with friends in the cozy family room with the hockey game on the next night (before heading into town). Thanks! Enjoyed our stay!
