This contemporary and cozy getaway is situated in a quiet wooded neighborhood of Mammoth. It is 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from Canyon Lodge, adjacent to bike / ski and hiking trails, and under one mile from the restaurants, shops and entertainment of North Village.
Ideal for 4 to 6 people, any season of the year. this 1100 square foot, two-story condominium is well equipped.
On the 1st floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a bar from which the view of the mountain is exciting when skiers are on the slopes. The contemporary dining room opens up to the balcony that has some chairs. In the living room, the comfortable sofa opens into a full size bed. It is equipped with a 48" LED television with a Blue ray player a sound bar and a modem/wi fi.. Some DVDs, CDs and books are at your disposal.
A full bathroom with an efficient electric heater is also on the 1st floor.
The gas fireplace has a thermostat blower for efficient heating. There are also 2 wall electric heaters
The 2nd floor has the bedroom, the loft and the 2n full bathroom. BTC # 5337
We wanted to thank you for letting us use your wonderful condo. We had a BLAST! We caught several big fish, swam, and played tennis! What a relaxing time!
The condo is homey, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was so cool during the days and nights - we hate hot temperatures!

Anny was very easy to work with. We stayed over the Christmas holiday. Our family of 5 - Walked to and from the slopes very easily each day without any complaints. Timed the walk at a leisurely pace - 10 minute walk. Use Anny's suggestion and find the short cut through Mammoth West. The locker at Canyon lodge was very convenient. We also walked to the village. Easy 1 mile walk.
The Condo was in fine condition. We were all comfortable and cozy. Cooked most nights in the condo and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom were also nicely equipped with toiletries. Plenty of blankets and pillows.
We enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon. Thank you for a great stay Anny.
Did a lot of searching through the various rental websites and was glad to have ended up here. Not the most modern of condos/cabins but it was definitely comfortable enough, has everything you would need and a great value.
Very close to the Mammoth Lakes where we were able to enjoy some nice sunrise fishing. Also enjoyed the heated pool just a quick stroll around the corner. Unfortunately our car didn't fit in the garage with our rooftop cargo carrier but I could definitely see how convenient it would be in the wintertime snow.

Our stay at Anny's condo was perfect. We hiked every day and were so glad to have this comfy condo to come back to each evening. It has been over 20 years since we've been in the Sierra Nevadas and we were so looking forward to this trip. The location was convenient to our daily destinations: Devil's Postpile, June Lakes (hike to Parker Lake), Mono Lake, and Mammoth Lakes (hike to TJ Lake). We really packed in a lot of hiking in such a short visit. We even got in an hour of kayaking on Lake Mary. Everything that we used in the condo worked, including the grill. Check in/out went smoothly, too. Highly recommend this rental.

A quick walk over to the Canyon Lodge where we were able to enjoy the day on the mountain. The jacuzzi was conveniently located to your condo and was so nice and relaxing after spending the day boarding.
The house and amenities were all as promised in your description - and the fireplace was perfect for keeping us warm and toasty throughout the night. We felt right at home the second we walked in and really appreciated the spaciousness of the property. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze thanks to the management on site and the lock box.

My husband and I spent our Christmas Holiday in Mammoth with our 11 and 12 year old children. This condo was everything it was promised to be and then some. It was clean and well stocked with all if the dishes, toiletries, etc. to make our stay more comfortable. We had an issue with the electricity when we first arrived and Anny was quick to respond and helped us to remedy the problem. The view was absolutely beautiful from the family room as we were able to see snow capped trees and the gondola right from the window. We will absolutely stay in this unit during our next visit to Mammoth as the value for what we paid was more than fair based on the price of many of the units in the area. We highly recommend this unit to anynne planning a stay in Mammoth for all of these reasons. Great location next to Canyon Lodge and a garage which was of utmost importance with all of the snow that we got during our stay! This unit and the owner are top notch - a Mammoth Mountain treasure - thank you Anny!
