Beautiful condo, great location

gorgeously decorated spacious condo, a couple of blocks to the lake. Secured garage, lots of privacy, clean and updated. Nicely equipped kitchen, very nice bathroom. The bed could use a new mattress (indented in the center and seemed smaller than a queen), but tons of space. The owners were nice to include little extras like high quality shampoo, lotion, and even a pancake mix with syrup! There are great restaurants nearby and Bob provided recommendations on places to eat. Has a full size washer and dryer. We enjoyed a nice outing to Silverwood about 30 minutes away.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Couer d'alene

This is a lovely condo within walking distance of downtown. It is well appointed we could cook and eat here with our grandchildren. It has all the comforts of home. The owner, Bob is very attentive and readily available. We would stay agin in a heartbeat.

great location!

We are bike riders and this location with the garage was perfect. The little balcony was nice for having our coffee in the mornings and then off we went. We did not spend much time at the condo but it had everything we needed plus a few extra things in the kitchen and fridge which was nice. We did have an issue with the bed sagging into the middle but Bob took care of us asap and brought a new aero bed that was really comfy. Everything else worked really well especially the air conditioning which was needed this weekend. The vent for it is a little loud in the living room area so someone on the hide bed might notice it but it was like a white noise. We spend several weeks in the summer in Cda and this location has been the best for walking to food and the water areas and resort. Much better then a hotels. I did not see a bbq but we did not need one this time. Maybe there was one in there but not on the balcony. I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Cda, the elevator was really nice and made bringing in our stuff very easy.
