Great one bedroom condo in the heart of CDA

Stayed here July 2016 with my 2 daughters aged 11 and 9. Was a perfect location for us, walking distance to beach and downtown. Bob has some concerns when I was booking if it was big enough for us, typically couples only stay here. But was more than big enough, and I drew the short straw I got the pull out to sleep on. Its comfy and works for an adult just fine. If we needed to drive somewhere, the garage parking was great to have quick access to our vehicle, and didn't have to worry about packing everything out of the truck into condo when we did leave the downtown area.

The condo its self is beautiful. and kept in excellent condition. It has had some renos done to give it a more modern feeling, and is one of the cleanest rental properties I have stayed at. Second floor gives you a pretty decent view towards the south, and keeps you right off the street when you are sitting on the deck. Has everything you need including washer and dryer, which when travelling with kids is great to have.

Highly recommend staying here if you are in the CDA area. Will most definitely book again for my next trip to the area.

Great accomodations and location.

This property is really nice -- nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The location makes it possible to walk everywhere within the downtown area (beach, resort, restaurants). Off-street parking and a garage are available. The owner provided all needed information in advance of the visit.We will most definitely stay here again.

Great place, close to town

We loved the condo! We walked to breakfast and dinner and did day trips by car. We liked walking to the marina and Tubbs hill hike! The condo is fully equipped and the full sized washer and dryer helped us out on the middle of our trip. Luxury feature, a garage!

Couldn't have asked for more!

Quite simply, this condo was perfect! We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and we couldn't have been more impressed. The photos simply do not do the place justice. It's close to the resort, lake, park and the main drag with shops, restaurants, and bars. The bed and couches were comfortable, the place was quiet, and parking was a breeze. Bob was responsive and incredibly accommodating to a last minute request. You should seriously consider staying here for your next trip to Coeur d'Alene; I know we will!

Christmas Visit

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 children (sofa bed in living room). Even though we stayed inside (lots of snow on the ground), we liked the close proximity to downtown and look forward to renting again in warmer weather.
