Welcome to South Seas! Our unit was just redecorated at the end of September. The gorgeous north-east side unit on the 5th floor offers both amazing northwest ocean and pool view from an over-sized balcony. A new 32' flat panel HD television and new appliances makes this one of the best units in the building. Wireless Internet is available within the unit. A wonderful home away from home. Located near the north end of Marco Island, you are conveniently close to all the major attractions. Call and ask about discounts for last minute reservations. We would love to have you as our guest!

South Seas #508: This two bedroom two bathroom home away from home is located in the privately owned 55 acre South Seas Club toward the north end of Marco Island and near the famous Tiger Tail beach. Also with-in walking distance (25 minute walk) is the gorgeous new Marco Island Marina (Esplanade) with restaurants, bars, spas and Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream.

The most amazing feature of this condo is a wonderful wrap-around deck giving every room large sliding glass doors that can be left open to hear the sounds of the sea while you sleep.

We have tried to provide everything you need no matter how long you decide to stay (pool noodles, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand pails for shelling, etc.). South Seas has a fabulous swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard deck and a fitness room. All you have to do is put on a bathing suit, grab one of the beach towels, get a nice cool drink, and head out for some fun in the sun.

FEES:

We have rolled the cleaning fee into your total stay so you won't have sticker-shock when you receive your quote. Please note, the building management now requires a $25 parking fee paid directly to them upon check-in. This fee is not included in your quote and cannot be paid to owner and transferred to building management.

About Marco Island Owner

Linda and Alex's first trip to Marco Island was in 1972. Family friends generously gifted them a week in Marco as their honeymoon, and the couple has been returning nearly every year since. Their love of Marco was passed down to their children who spent many spring breaks (and subsequent Easter holidays) on the island. Every visit was spent in a rented condo, until 2000 when the couple finally purchased a unit of their own. Now, they have a beautiful vacation spot to enjoy with their grown children and 3 young grandchildren. Property is overal nice however unit could use updating

The property is well taken care of and the Condo is roomy and spacious. However a few items to note if you stay in this condo. Our first two nights we had without air which made it a very uncomfortable stay and overall impacted my opinion of the unit. The Owner suggested to make a few corrections to the AHU which would start to cool off but then would stop. Finally on day 3 maintance came and fixed the unit. The unit could use some updating with featiures and beach items and general instructions to make the stay better like informing guests the sofa couch is an actual air mattress which we finally figured out night 2. And you can only check in at 3, picking keys up off site and getting to the condo office before they close at 4 can be a rush I would suggest going to the condo office first.

Beautiful and Better than expected!

My husband, 18 month old son, and I were taking our first family vacation and have always wanted to visit Marco Island. I did a lot of research and inquired on many properties. We knew we wanted beach front with a great view and to have access to a pool. I was a little hesitant to book this one because of the lack of reviews and having never been to Marco to even know where the towers are located and what is around them. In the end, it had everything we were looking for and the price was right so we took a chance.

Upon arrival, check in was easy and we went up to the room right away and were just in awe! The condo is beautiful and very well kept. The balcony that wraps past both bedrooms and the living room was amazing! It overlooked the pool and out onto the ocean. We stayed in the beginning of May and watched the most beautiful sunsets when we were in our room, if we happened to have not left for dinner yet. :)

The king bed in the master was more comfortable than our bed at home! The set up was great having the attached bathroom/closet dressing area. It was very comfortable. My son slept in a pack n play in the second bedroom so we didn't get to test out the twin beds, but the room was spacious and very comfortable.

We only had one issue with the dishwasher not working properly on then 2nd or 3rd day and we called Coldwell Banker(the booking agent) and they had someone out to repair it in a matter of a couple of hours. Wow!

It is a bit of a walk to the ocean because there is a lagoon in the middle of the beach that you have to walk past, but we didn't mind it at all even with our young son. It was good exercise. :) He loved to just run free after being cooped up all winter!

There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The condo building itself is well kept and it was very quiet and secure.

We will definitely be back for years to come!!
