Nestled in the natural landscape of the Costa del Sol region of Andalusia between Gibraltar and Marbella is set in a wildly romantic garden our Finca La Ladera on an approximately 25 000 m² of land with large, private swimming pool of 5 x 8 meters.
Here you will find peace and relaxation from everyday stress and yet have the opportunity to enjoy the nightlife in the picturesque port of Duquesa and to visit many popular attractions (Marbella, Gibraltar, Morocco) in convenient day trips.
The property has approximately 150 m² of living space and is located on one level with only a single step to the conservatory and from the kitchen to the pool terrace.
The conservatory has a bar with drinks fridge and a cozy dining area with direct access to the kitchen.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, a total of 4 burners (2 x gas and 2 x electric), oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine and an American coffee machine. Additional electrical appliances facilitate the work in the kitchen.
In Mediterranean-style living room with connection to the winter garden are a TV with satellite and video equipment as well as a CD player with triple changer. A library with books for all tastes raises for readers worth no boredom. An Internet connection is provided free of charge upon request.
If the sun does not shine, are for the winter months in the bathrooms electric heating, in the living room, a fireplace and the conservatory is a paraffin-fan oven.
The house is equipped for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and a closet.
The larger bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Here are the washer and dryer. The smaller bathroom has a shower.
The pool terrace is tiled in terracotta and has direct access to the kitchen and a covered outdoor dining area. Additionally, there is a further covered terrace to the west side and a partially shaded terrace to the southeast.
The lawn next to the pool is to dangle on warm sunny days the ideal place for the soul. Six sun loungers are available.
Under a large fig tree and surrounded by a 5 m high Strelitzie and an equally high Ficus benjamina (weeping fig) is the old well house. It was rebuilt to the sauna and on cooler days, a boon for body and soul.
