This townhome was a prior model home for Empire Homes. It features nice, cool air conditioning and INTERNET SERVICE. The interior was the model home furniture and it shows like a model. This home also has DSL Internet provided by Century Link. This town home has views of the peaks from the upstairs windows. The windows are beautiful with window seats and cushions. There's a fenced back yard and patio. propane BBQ grill.
All of the Amenities: Dish Satellite TV for your family to view. Nice hiking trails all around you, which are great for mountain bikes or ATVS. There is everything right at your fingertips. McDonalds at the corner and you're just minutes from town. At 75 miles per hour on the interstate, without having to fight the downtown traffic, you'll be there in no time. We accept CREDIT Cards for your Stay. Visa, MasterCard, Discover are taking also skymiles cards.

Bellemont: Bellemont, AZ just 10 miles to the NAU Sundome this is an all newer home area built by Enterprise Homes in 2000. There's lots of National Forest around this area. 1/4 mile down the paved road it turns into a primitive road that is graded National Forest. Great for morning jogs, walking the dogs or just taking a nice hike in the forest.
Pilot is right at the corner, not even a half mile down the hill. It has McDonalds and Subway right inside, along with small pick up items for the home or the kids.
This home is a former model and it looks like a model home. The furnishing are very nice and it shows like a doll house.

This property is prefect for your small family or couple looking for affordable escape. It was has all the model home decorations , upgraded amenities include ice cold A/C and Central heat for the winter season.
Children park area just down the side walk 4 homes down, hiking trails just down the street. Great access just 10 miles at 75 miles per hour and your in town at NAU Sundome. Very Affordable price and great deals for this former model town home.
What a wonderful place this was! It was comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. But as perfect as it was, the best thing about it was Judy herself! She was so gracious and helpful with everything (even when a problem was our own fault) that we will certainly contact her again whenever we come back to Flagstaff!
Our stay for 1 month was everything we expected. The townhouse is furnished with everything we needed, and is in a nice location, not far from conveniences. The cleanliness and tidy arrangement made for a very pleasant stay. We did encounter a water leak under the clothes washing machine and the problem was solved in short order with the installation of a new washer and dryer. We would not hesitate to recommend this beautifully decorated town home. For people with children, there is a playground very close by and the community is home to several law enforcement employees creating a safe and secure environment.
We had a nice time in this family oriented development. The location was near the highway for our daily junkets, but far enough away so we didn't hear the noise. Nicely furnished. We recommend it to all.
This rental was perfect for our family (mom+dad+two teen boys). Really convenient location, right off the highway exit, in a very quiet area. I love having the convenience of a full kitchen and laundry when we're traveling. The condo was clean, well decorated, with a garage, and had more than enough room for us.
Downtown Flagstaff is only about 15 minutes away, and we had easy access to the highways. I highly recommend this condo!
My husband and I decided to spend Thankgiving with our 2 children that are currently attending NAU and couldn't come home for the holiday due to part time jobs. I found this fantastic 2 bedroom online and couldn't have been happier. Since we arrived on the train at 6:00 a.m., I asked Judy Warner (great rep) if we could check in early, and it was no problem. My son picked us up at the train station in Flagstaff and it was an 11 minute drive to the townhouse. The townhouse was perfect for us and I was able to fix a fantastic Thanksgiving for the kids (the house had every amenity). In addition, it also has a place to park one car in the garage, a washer and dryer, a downstairs bathroom, and a great upstairs bathroom with a shower. For the price, you couldn't find a better deal!!! I will definitely stay there again because of the closeness to Flagstaff, the quaintness of the townhouse, and just all around feeling of home while you're staying there.
The condo was very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy access to the interstate. It's in a great location! An hour from the Grand Canyon, 10 minutes from Flagstaff and 40 from Sedona. Can't wait for our next visit!
Exit I-40 at 185 to Bellemont. Go past the Pilot about 3/4 mile to the first turn in on your right.This is Flagstaff Meadows Townhomes. It's just 5 or 10 miles from the heart of Flagstaff, traveling at 75 miles per hour on I-40, and you're at the home. You'll find Bellemont near the Grand Canyon exit, which is exit 165. Bellemont is exit 185. Then you just head up the hwy to the Grand Canyon exit. There's lots of beautiful trails and pine trees all around you. Plenty of hiking trails, which are great for a morning run. This location is only 20 miles from Williams, town of the GRAND CANYON RAIL ROAD. Just 14 Miles to the GRAND CANYON DEER FARM. Just a few miles further to the new BEARIZONA PARK. This area is surrounded by homes built in 2000. National forest trails are just down the road, less than a 1/4 mile from this beautiful town home. We offer free Snow Service to get you in and out of the driveway in the winter months.
Other Activities: Just 55 miles to the Grand Canyon, 14 miles to the Deer Farm and Bearizona Park. National forest is right around the corner for snowboarding, boating, hiking, and ATVs.
