This home is perfect for seniors or two couples. Not ideal for those with a handicap because of the stairs. It is very nice and shows like new. It has everything you need from a washer and dryer, to a full size kitchen. Cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave etc., can be found in this home. We have seniors who wish to return each year. This home features brand new carpet, beautiful countertops, and all the furniture that was in the prior model home. It is a perfect, affordable, and adorable home to escape the valley heat! This home does not have computer in it. It does have wireless internet with a direct connect cable. This allows you to bring a computer and use it in this home. There is a play ground area just 4 townhomes down the street. It is a little park for the kids to play in. Yard is fenced with gravel and flowers on the side.

Nice open and roomy townhome

  • 5 of 5

This property was our first time doing a vrbo type stay and it was nice to have so many amenities just like home. The place was clean and well stocked with necessities and essentials. We stayed here over Thanksgiving and again during winter break. We didn't cook a full Thanksgiving dinner, but we did do some cooking on that visit and there were all the necessary dishes, pans, and utensils.

The location was perfect for us because our son and daughter-in-law live in the neighborhood across the street. But, it is just outside of Flagstaff, so you're not right in town. It's just a quick trip into town, so it's not a big deal. Also, if you're going to be visiting Williams it's really easy to hop on the 40 and head that way.

Great Place to Stay for Touring Northern AZ

  • 4 of 5

Very nice newer two bedroom townhouse (bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor). We stayed for a month in July/Aug 2017 to escape the Tucson heat. Great jumping off point for touring throughout Northern Arizona. Temperature was generally in the low 80's during our stay and the monsoon rains would provide showers most every afternoon.

-Conveniently located on the way to the Grand Canyon about 15 minutes west of downtown Flagstaff. Easy access to Interstate 40.

-Townhouse was immaculately clean and is fully equipped with all the utensils, linens, videos, etc that you might need for your stay.

-Property Manager was delightful to work with. When we discovered the unit was lacking a hair dryer she promptly delivered one to us.

-A/C kept things cool on warm days but cooling was somewhat uneven. To keep the upstairs bedrooms cool it was necessary to lower the temperature, so the downstairs would become pretty chilly. Luckily, even in the summer, shutting off the A/C and opening the windows generally kept the unit comfortable.

-Exhaust fans in the bathrooms were not operational. As a result the main bath got pretty steamy when folks were showering.

Overall impressions:

This is a terrific place to stay in Flagstaff. Other than the A/C and exhaust fans mentioned above, this townhouse had everything we were looking for in our stay. I would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a clean, well equipped, and well located unit near Flagstaff.

Owner's Response: Thank you for staying with us! This is one of the few homes in this area that does have A/C since you rarely need it in the Flagstaff, AZ. On the warmer days, you want to use A/C you can adjust the temperature to whatever you prefer. The upstairs in any 2 story townhome is little warmer than the down stairs since heat does rise. So you can turn it up at night and lower in the day time when your down stairs or simply open a window for the cool night time breeze. I am glad you enjoyed the home. Thank you for booking with us! Good stay overall !

  • 3 of 5

This is a good cozy place to stay near flagstaff , the kids loved playground nearby .Will highly recommend for families. Judy was great to work with and very responsive . I belong to travel industry and we rent condos a lot , the only reason i did not give it a 4 -5 rating was cleanliness . We all got allergies from the dust at the place , but they did have a good vaccuum cleaner so we were able to vaccuum the carpet etc . However this is not something people typically expect to do on a shorter vacation. We paid cleaning fee of $150 so hopefully it will be clean for the next person !

Owner's Response: Thank you for staying with us! The cleaning fee on this home is $100.00 it has never been $150.00. Please look at the site and the breakdown on your credit card because you were not charged $150.00 for cleaning fee. The fee is only $100 for the cleaning of this town home. You also left 3 stars not 4 stars so not sure what happened. Are you sure you have the right home? This home is cleaned professionally and never had one complaint on the cleaning or dusting of the home during your stay. I would have sent the cleaning crew right back to dust, vacuum but I never had call or complaint. If you read the other reviews. You find that this is very clean home. This is one of the things we pride ourself on a nice clean home. You also said called back and said you left your make up bag? We checked the entire home and it was not found in the home. I think you may have got confused this home with another condo you stayed at during your trip. Perhaps that is the place where you paid more for cleaning and left your makeup. I am really not sure what happened but this information is not correct. Judy - Property Manager

Beautiful Townhome!

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful home and we loved staying here. Plenty of room for two couples or a family. Only 10 minutes away from Flagstaff in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were there to attend a funeral at the National Cemetery at Camp Navajo which is just across the freeway. Bellemont is a great location to stay in if you are visiting Flagstaff, The Grand Canyon, Sedona Bearizona or just to enjoy the peace and quiet of being up in the mountains. Home was exactly as advertised and I highly recommend it to anyone.
