A perfect place

  • 5 of 5

The duplex was the perfect place to settle in and enjoy LA. A quiet lovely neighborhood, with everything in walking distance! The house is charming, and so very comfortable. We will be back!

The apartment was beautiful. Central to Hollywood and LA. The owners made our stay here a delight.

We loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful apartment. Gracious owners made us welcome as guests. Thank you. We loved having breakfast on the outdoor patio and listening to the fountain. Will come again. Could not have been better.

Wonderfully restored apartment full of charm and personality

  • 5 of 5

1st time at the Duplex on 9th, spend a long weekend while on an extended business trip to SoCal. The apartment is clearly restored and decorated by people with a lovely eye for the details. We didn't want to leave, even to explore the area (which has a lot to offer). Highly recommended

Fine place

  • 5 of 5

Very pleased with our stay here. The location was good for getting to the places we wanted to see. We only regret being out so much that we could not enjoy it more.

Be careful, I was misled by Google Maps to a location a couple of miles east. When I included the zip code, 90036, it indicated the correct place.

Everything was clean and working. The bed was firm but very comfortable. The other furniture was solid and tasteful. The kitchen is a bit shy of counter space, but otherwise well equipped.

Charming with Great Location

  • 5 of 5

This beautiful "home" could not have worked out better for us on our recent stay in Los Angeles. It has been beautifully restored, keeping all of its original 1930's charm and character. It was extremely clean and very well appointed. It's proximity to major highways and local points of interest (Larchmont Village and The Grove) could not have worked out better for us. Thank you for giving us such a great taste of LA!
