This is a great place. It's near a number of great things and although its off a busy street, its quite quiet. The apartment itself is gorgeous. I hope to stay there again when I head back for business.

LA Villa

This was the most wonderful home that we have rented through VRBO. Our sons live in the LA area and we consider this our new Hollywood home when we visit again. The owners supplied everything we needed and it was so much fun having a lovely living room to visit and have friends over.

Completely impressed!

Everything about the Duplex on 9th surpassed our expectations. The spotlessly clean property has been beautifully restored and furnished in a way that retains its 1930's charm. At the same time, it's also completely functional, very comfortable, and well stocked with everything needed for daily living. The duplex is located in a safe neighborhood and offers easy access to restaurants, museums, shopping, etc. We hope to return to this gem of a property.

We have stayed at this location several times and have enjoyed the clean and well maintained apartment. This is a generous sized 2bedroom and the owner has carefully kept the original feel to the unit. We have recommended this property to relatives and friends. We were just there last week and will return next month.

This is a charming little duplex that was a perfect landing spot for us at the end of the day. It is very conveniently located and the street was surprisingly very quiet given the location. The pictures were a fine representation of all that it offered and it was very clean and well put together. The beds could be more comfortable but overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

The Duplex on 9th exceeded our expectations on every count. It is a lovely home, clean and comfortable and was a perfect fit for our family - (2 adults and 2 children). Everything worked and was easy to use. We had no issues or concerns or need to contact the owners or staff, except that we arrived early, which worked out just fine. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if I were in LA.
