What a location! Only a five-minute walk from the center of town and ferry dock, this two-bedroom, one-bath beachfront condo has spectacular views of Provincetown Harbor and Cape Cod Bay. You are steps from relaxing on the beach or from strolling down historic Commercial Street with its unique shops. The unit is located next door to great restaurants, a popular coffee/internet bar and the Gallery District with its fabulous art. It is also a short walk to all West End hot spots.

The thoughtfully furnished living area includes a large flat screen TV, a fully outfitted kitchen and air conditioning. One bedroom has a queen size bed with water views and another flat screen TV. A second bedroom peeks at the water and has twin beds which can be converted to a king. You will enjoy watching the harbor activity while dining water-front style on the spacious deck.

Perfect Ptown Getaway

  • 5 of 5

My wife, my son, and I stayed in this gem of an apartment for four nights and can't do anything, but gush about it. Everything about our experience was smooth, starting with our earlier contact with Russ. He was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. He always answer questions quickly and helpfully. The unit itself is located on the second story, with wonderful water views. My son spent a lot of time on the back deck watching the boats come and go and several times ran down to the beach to get a better look at something. We always felt safe because he was in sight the whole time. There was even a basket with some beach buckets and shovels for him to play with. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook small meals and the dining table was plenty big enough for our family to each comfortably, even with a couple guests. The living area is bright and sunny with great views of the harbor. Both bedrooms were nice sized, even the one with a king bed still had room to maneuver and the beds were amazingly comfortable! My son also dozed on the couch and seemed to like it just fine. The pillows were also excellent. I brought one from home and never used it. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and then some. I could have stayed there for weeks without missing any of the comforts of home.

As nice as the condo was to stay in, I think the best feature was how easily it was to go out. The harbor beach is just steps away in one direction and commercial street is steps away in the other. You can take a short walk along either to get you to the center of town in minutes. I had several back-to-back events at the Library and Womencrafts and still had time to run back to the apartment if I needed something. There are great restaurants just a two minute walk (or less) in either directions. There's a coffee shop two minutes away as well. You can be on the Wharf in 5 minutes either by sand or street. One night it was raining and we step went out because everything was so close you hardly needed an umbrella. Staying here gives you all the benefits of being near everything, but after the sun goes down there's very little foot traffic in that part of town. We sat on the back deck one night as the full moon rose and didn't hear another voice around. And let me tell you, if you haven't seen a full moon shining peacefully on Provincetown Harbor you're missing out. I've stayed in about 7 different locations in Ptown and this spot can't be beat.

Stylish condo in a great location-- perfect for our girls weekend!

  • 5 of 5

3 of my lifelong friends and I spent two nights here for a girls weekend. We are spread out across the country and don't get to see each other often. P-town and this condo were the perfect location to relax and catch up. The condo is ideally located with the beach on one side and Commercial Street on the other. It's on the quieter end of Commercial Street, which was ideal for sleeping, but with great restaurants, galleries, shops, and bars just steps away. The view from the living room and kitchen is gorgeous. We loved the deck and spent time on the deck chatting, drinking coffee, and sitting in the hammock swings. The deck was also a great spot to catch the sunrise.

Russ and Christian's style is impeccable; the condo was decorated very well. Everything about the condo was as advertised, and all check-in/check-out information was very clear. The pictures of the condo don't do it justice-- it's even better in person!

I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Un condo très agréable

  • 4 of 5

The BEST

  • 5 of 5

Words can't describe how much we loved staying here. Park your car for the week and prepare to enjoy a perfectly laid out property, with the best views, from a breezy deck. A five minute walk into the middle of town by beach or by charming street. The owners have you covered for anything you might need in their home including bar glasses chilling in the freezer. Windows in every room gave way to fun views of the street or scenic views of the water with salty air breezes in every direction but most of our time was spent on the deck or beach when we were "home"...

Russ was easy to communicate with throughout the week but I should add that it was mostly just me gushing over how perfect the place was as NOTHING additional was needed throughout our stay.

BTW- parking was easy enough (with a little walk) and onsite laundry is a nice bonus.

Book this place and plan to leave a little piece of your heart behind ... It wasn't our first visit to PTown but it was definitely our favorite!! Counting the days until our return....

We had a great three night stay at Russ's place on the beach. It was comfortable and tasteful. It had great light and views. Russ was very responsive on email. We knew just what to expect. We hope to be able to return!
