This is a Jackson Hole original cabin -- a semi-historic, hand crafted log cabin, 650 square feet, built in 1934. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished and features a newly renovated kitchen (with 1936 Magic Chef gas range) and a spacious living room with dining area hide-a-bed sofa and twin day bed. The bathroom has been fully renovated featuring a travertine tile shower.
The cabin includes a a washer and dryer, and views of Sleeping Indian and Mt. Glory. Located within walking distance to Wilson stores and shops, very close to the bike path.
The location is ideal -- accessible to the charming hamlet of Wilson (the most desirable part of Jackson Hole), which features Hungry Jack's Mercantile Store (with movie rentals), the Stagecoach Bar, Pica’s Cantina, Pearl Street Bagels, Wilson Backcountry Sports, Nora's Fish Creek Inn, and the Post Office. Very close to the Snake River and to Teton Pass, as well as Grand Teton National Park.

Didi purchased this cabin in 1999
I had skied at JH in 1964, and as a young ski racer had always wanted to be near skiing. (As it turns out, I've become more attracted to ice hockey).
Hiking, canoeing, kayaking, biking, the cultural amenities and programs of JH, skiing, ice skating, etc.
Easy access to National Parks, local attractions and all outdoor activities. My wife and I found the cabin very clean, comfortable and functional. Didi, was extremely helpful and had maps, insights and gear necessary to make the stay successful. We would recommend the cabin to friends in a heartbeat.
Four of us stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay in this little cabin. The queen bed in the small bedroom was very comfortable, It also has a nice twin bed and sleeper sofa in the large living/dining area. The kitchen is large and well equipped and the bathroom is very small but functional. The location is ideal for exploring the Jackson, Teton area. We all really enjoyed staying here and hopefully will be back!!

We just arrived home from spending a week in Jackson, in this wonderful, charming 1930's cabin. Part of me wants to keep this place a secret, as we enjoyed it so much. But that wouldn't be fair to others nor the owners :-) Didi, Brot & family were wonderful hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed, and offered suggestions on hiking, restaurants and things to see. We love to get up early to enjoy a wholesome and leisurely breakfast in the rustic main room of the cabin, or on the deck. We also looked forward to returning to our cabin each evening where we would grill fish and steak on the deck, or use the awesome antique stove in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked, you will want for nothing. The deck out back is so serene. The location is the best part. We chose to stay in Jackson which had easy access to the Tetons, Yellowstone and Idaho. It made for the perfect 'base'. Everything is only minutes away for groceries (local country store) and restaurants. We hated to leave...in fact we were having such a good time that we lost track of what day it was and almost missed our flight! If it wasn't for a well orchestrated plan, concern and generosity of our hosts, we would have. One last thing, there's wildlife to see around the cabin as well. One night we were awakened by a loud clatter outside our bedroom window. We jumped up to investigate to see a silhouette of a moose calmly walking by in the moonlight. We also saw a moose in the nearby lake early one morning :-)
Had the most awesome time staying in this cabin. It met all of my needs and more! The location was perfect--close to Jackson, the Airport and to Jenny Lake area of Grand Teton NP. It was also VERY close to Teton village and the drive to Yellowstone was very doable with an early morning start. We spent 4 days in the Tetons and 3 days in Yellowstone and the cabin was always a delight to return to at the end of the day. The owners were very helpful with hiking suggestions and offered their canoe for us to use. They were very friendly and quick to respond to e-mails. Their house is located behind the cabin and it was comforting to know that they were very close by if we ever needed anything, or God forbid, something happened and we didn't show up at night. The cabin is equipped with a washer and dryer and several other ammenities that we didn't use (grill, stove, CD player, television, wifi). We were so sad to leave and I hope to return soon and bring the rest of my family. LOVED this cabin!
Delightful, charming, cozy and rustic, yet filled with all the conveniences of home. Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed the time spent here in this cabin. We were comfortable and had plenty of space for storing our belongings. The cabin is conveniently located near the Grand Teton National Park and many times during our 16 night stay we would drive to the park early in the morning before sunrise to view wildlife. After spending all day on the trails, we looked forward to our time at the cabin. We were very fortunate to find this gem of a cabin and were happy to know the owners. They were filled with information and suggestions on what to see and do in the area. This cabin made our visit to the national park a very pleasant and memorable vacation.
This area is all about hiking, fishing, camping, biking, climbing, and sightseeing -- with a respectable level of cultural attractions (theatre, galleries, etc.) just 6 miles away, in Jackson.
