Pardon our mess!! We are under construction until May 19th! With the siding and decking being replaced the decks and balconies are not able to be used at this time. Parking is limited, but we are offering parking across the street with a parking pass should you need.

Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with a built in shower seat.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, a microwave, and a gas fireplace in the living room. .
With seating for 5 and the ambience of a gas fireplace, Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

Comfy Accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was so easy and effortless, from booking to checkout. The was plush, very clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptional with great communication throughout. Will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was extremely nice being so close to downtown Charlevoix! Having restaurants and bars within walking distance was pretty awesome! The condo was beautifully decorated and the bed was perfect! I didn't spend any time cooking, but having a fridge for snacks was nice. I was able to Doordash anything I needed.

Facility needs improvement and attn to detail

Room 239 at the Edgewater is nice. It was clean. Bed and furniture were comfortable. The chairs on the deck are falling apart and need to be replaced. The fireplace did not work. Pillows piled up in closet made it hard to store our clothing. Clock on wall needs a battery. Edgewater itself was lacking. Hot tub was not working. Fireplace and/or hot tub would have been so nice on one of the mornings, which was cold and rainy. No maid service one of the days even when asked for, so no clean towels, etc. Excuse: We are short staffed.
