This condo was just completely updated in 2022 - everything is brand new! Our convenient ground-level studio condo includes a full kitchen, cozy living room with electric fireplace, private, off-ground balcony and full bath. A pub-style dining table is also in the main room adjacent to the kitchen.  The bathroom is modern and fresh. Guests can use the ski locker and there is coin laundry on the premises.

Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning.   

This building has thin walls and the residents do strictly enforce the 10pm quite time - please be respectful of your neighbors when staying at Purgatory Townhomes. Per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

A 30 minute drive to the south will take guests to historic downtown Durango, Colorado. This condominium is on the San Juan Scenic Skyway, which is an incredibly scenic driving loop that connects Durango, Mancos, Mesa Verde National Park, Telluride, Ouray, Silverton and Purgatory, as well as many fantastic trails for hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and other Rocky Mountain adventures.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
