No need to look any further!

This is the perfect rental for group get aways. The minute you walk in you know it was built with love and care. It is spacious and cozy and you will feel right at home. The fireplace is awesome with a gas starter for a log buring fire. You can cross country ski right out the front door and over to Crystal. Our group was there for a ski weekend, but plan to return in the summer for biking and kayaking. I highly recommend this home away from home!

Golf trip

  • 5 of 5

Stayed at the property with 4 adults for a golf trip. Couldn't have been happier. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. I would recommend the property for any stay especially if you plan on enjoying the Crystal Mountain Resort property,it is only a mile away.

Beautiful & Comfortable Property!

  • 5 of 5

Our family group of seven loved this house rental nestled on a beautiful lot of land. We enjoyed lunch on the deck overlooking the tall forest trees in front of the the Bestie River. It was the perfect location for visiting our son attending the summer camp at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Close by to Crystal Mountain Resort where we went hiking at the art & sculpture park. The house was fully loaded with all the comforts of your own home. The bedrooms were decorated nicely with handmade wooden beds & they were very comfotable. Tim & his wife are wonderful owners that took their time on a couple occassions to answer our questions & give us ideas on area attractions & things to do. Thank you! Jenny & Steve

Great log house

  • 5 of 5

We had a short stay at Tim's vacation home. It was great. The house is tastefully decorated. All rooms are beautiful. The surroundings are nice and clean. Kids were happy and impressed. We visited beautiful Sleeping Bear Lakeshore, Crystal lake, Traverse city all of which are a short distance away. The hosts were nice to guide us on phone to the house when it was too dark and pretty late. The small town of Beulah MI and the quiet beach there were a nice find. Definitely recommended.

Lovely, quiet country setting

  • 5 of 5

As always we ladies had a great time at the Betsie River Frontage Vacation House for our annual tubing get away. The home is clean and comfortable with a marvelous kitchen where we can prepare our meals. It's about 25 minutes from the Platte River in Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore where we enjoy a leisurely float down the river. Other attractions that pique our interest are shopping in Frankfort and Glenn Arbor and hiking on some of the trails, including the Empire Bluff Trail.

Tim Bench is very accommodating and responds quickly to messages or phone calls. We had an incident with the upstairs toilet and Tim contacted a plumber who attended to the problem promptly.

I would highly recommend this vacation house to anyone who enjoys the great outdoors, lakeshore, and Benzie, Manistee, Traverse, and Leelanau Counties.

Very clean spacious and well fitted out lots of thought gone into every detail

  • 5 of 5

Have to say we were very impressed with the overall appearance of the cabin, took a bit of finding as no number displayed but that may be for obvious reasons!! The back decking is where we spent most of our time beautiful large and quiet.

Went to Chystal Mountain which is lovely and very close by, also all the towns were easy to access. Lots of helpful information left in the cabin giving plenty of ideas where to go and where to eat

thanks tIM FOR SHARING YOUR HOME WITH US
