Great location. This property has so much potential. A deep clean, fresh paint, and reupholstered living area furniture would make this a five star property. The baseboards were dusty, the tile floors turned bare feet black, and there was mold in the master shower. The rubber seal around the main entrance door was falling off. The patio doors were secured locked by a plastic and a wooden tube along the track. A remote for the fan/light in the second bedroom didn't work so they would not turn on or off at the same time. The AC required being left on 72 which was a little too warm for our comfort. This review is for the condo, but I would give the ocean reef management group five stars. They were quick to have any issues resolved.
