The villa is approximately 3 km south of Reggello, which is a small town in Tuscany. The villa is 2 km to the nearest restaurant and the nearest grocery shops. Reggello has several attractions, the most famous is the Vallombrosa abbey, located in the Vallombrosa forrest 10 km from the center. You can also visit Sammezzano castle and see the Peacock Room. There is also a weekly market and other cultural events throughout the summer. The villa has a perfect starting point if you want to go exploring in Tuscany. The villa is only 35 km from Florence, where there is ample opportunity to experience a whole lot. The town oozes culture, old traditions and has a lot of charm and atmosphere. One of the city's main attractions is the Uffizi Gallery, where many of the greatest Renaissance painters are exhibited. There is here a good city life, where you can taste their way through the Tuscan cuisine, or enjoy a hearty espresso at one of the many cafes.
The villa is 200 m2 and is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there is the well-equipped kitchen, which include dishwasher and microwave. Four steps down is the living room with sofa, TV and an old fireplace. From the living room open double doors onto the terrace. Next to the living room is the dining room and a double bedroom with a private toilet. On the first floor the other four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished each with a double bed and a single bed, one of which has a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds. There is an additional bathroom to share.
The villa is located on a 2,500 m2 plot surrounded by a lovely garden. The villa has a private pool that measures 12 x 6 meters and has a depth of between 1.30 to 2.00 meters and an outdoor shower. There is also private parking with room for up to 5 cars.
The pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.
