About the property

Our apartment in the Moorbadstr. 3 in the district Buching / Berghof includes 84m² of living space on the ground floor of a new building and was completed at the end, 2015. Living room / kitchen are very bright, with views of the mountain and book (in good weather) to Neuschwanstein Castle. The front of it about 20m² large terrace plus. Small garden belongs to the apartment. Bathroom and bedroom each have a large window on the west side (natural stone light wells), the bedroom is a bit darker due to the hillside location & room size. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bathroom bright / sand-colored tiles were chosen and all other floors are made of high quality vinyl in oak finish. The device consists of new quality furniture, mattresses, etc. - see> all "Further information" below the text ...

Access to the apartment is via the path / the outside staircase on the east side. On the opposite side of the street are two parking spaces available.

Fresh linen and towels and paper towels, toilet paper, vacuum cleaner, spices, tea, etc ... are naturally present.

Our guests have free WiFi available. A 42Zoll TV with 5. 1 surround sound, small DVD library and a Playstation is also available as a small Board Game Collection.

Arrival from 14 clock and departure to 10 clock. Earlier arrival or later departure are possible like in agreement with the landlord, provided the same day no other guests arriving or departing.

We ask for a deposit of € 100.-, the residual amount is payable in cash on arrival.

Cancellation condition: 30 days before arrival free of charge. Please understand that in later cancellations the deposit will be forfeited.

Cleaning: We ask our guests to leave the apartment on departure "swept" to.

Tourist tax per night: Adults € 0.95 (May-Sep € 1.10), children 7-17 years € 0.65 (May-Sep € 0.70), children under 6 are free.

In the visitor's tax free guest card "Halblech Card" is included.

Fabulous accommodation near some beautiful scenery

Lovely apartment with every thing you need.

Helpful and friendly owners live above and suggested places to visit.

Useful if travelling down the romantic road. Near Garmisch Oberamagau and the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang castle!

Wunderschöne Wohnung und super nette Vermieter. Alles da was man braucht.

Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet. Wirklich alles da was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht. Allerdings ist die Luft durch die Fußbodenheizung sehr trocken. Wer damit Probleme hat sollte das schlafen dort erst ausprobieren. Und Raucher müssen zur Wohnungstür (Haustür) raus und ums Haus. Es gibt keine Terrassentür. Das ist bei schönem Wetter nur etwas mühselig. Bei Regen aber doof da die Terrasse zwar überdacht ist. Der Weg dorthin aber nicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und machen alles möglich. Sie stehen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und geben jede Menge gute Tipps.

durch viele Informationen und sehr gute Tipps von Martin Hipp haben wir sehr schöne Tage in Halblech verbracht. Eine perfekte und sehr gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung die keinen Wunsch

offen lässt ! Durch die sehr gute Lage von Halblech gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten !
