The Casa Reini is located on the Cumbre del Sol. The house has 2 floors; located on the upper floor 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, bidet and toilet, a well equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. On the ground floor there is another double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchenette, a living room with sofa bed. Both floors are equipped with cable TV and wireless internet. The house is south-west oriented, completely fenced and has a large pool (8 x 4 m) with Roman stairs. In the spacious garden plenty of sun loungers and seating are available. A cozy barbecue area is also available. The house has 2 garages, which can be used by guests. In the off season (see standard price) can also only the upper floor for 2 persons can be booked. Thus, it is an ideal place for spring and autumn leisure or overwintering. The Casa Reini will convince you!

Sehr schönes und gepfelgtes Freienhaus auf dem Cumbre del Sol

Das Ferienhaus war in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand, kleinere Abstriche sind in der Einliegerwohnung. Das wird daran liegen, das das komplette Haus nicht so oft gebucht wird.

Gerade im Hochsommer geht hier immer etwas Wind, so ist es auch in der Hauptsaison nicht zu heiß, so das man, aufgrund der etwas niedrigerern Temperaturen, Nachts gut schlafen kann.

Die Sandstrände in Moraira sind in der Haupsaison sehr voll, so das man auf den sehr langen Sandstrand in Denia ausweichen sollte.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Ich persöhnlich werde das Haus weiter empfehlen.

On a beautiful cliff with beautiful beaches is the Cumbre del Sol. The deep blue Mediterranean provides wonderful opportunities for swimming, diving and surfing. In the vicinity there are small Spanish villages with winding streets that tell a lot about the history of the country. A visit to the weekly markets with the staggering variety of fresh fruits and vegetables is also a highlight. Or visit the cities of Valencia and Alicante times. The interplay between tradition and modernity holds one in his spell. Likewise, the numerous fiestas are always a special spectacle with plenty of historical background.
