My Wife and I were in Charleston for The Taste of Charleston food festival ,which was rain on endlessly Saturday. Although disappointed by the weather this particular residence was PERFECT! From the Owners who are very friendly and helpful to the Wyndham vacations Office on the Island is was a beautiful location well suited and the actual building was very lovely . The furnishing were a good mix of comfort and southern charm and praises to the decorator for their choice of art work that supported that southern charm.
Although our stay was brief this vacation property was the most outstanding part of our lovely stay in Charleston SC . We will be recommending this residence to our friends and professional colleagues.

Very nice accommodations. This was our first visit to Isle Of Palms and we our first choice, staying here, was a hit. The condo is very nicely furnished, there was plenty of room for 6 adults and the view was fabulous.
The condo is located within walking distance to a number of nice restaurants, bars and shops. A short ride in the car will get you to the heart of downtown Charleston, the airport and any number of local attractions.
You won't go wrong staying here.
This was our first time vacationing at IOP. Your place was excellent and very nicely decorated and laid out for a 4 bedroom condo. We had ample room for our family. We especially loved the ocean front view and having the outside porch and patio was a plus. Especially since it had its own private staircase leading directly to the pool and access to the beach. When returning from the beach, you never had to go on the elevator to get inside your condo with the outside stairs as an option. We really loved your condo. I would recommend it for vacation rentals at IOP.
Four 50-something couples visited for the Cooper River Bridge Run as we do every year. We had high hopes from the photos and because our interaction with the owner was very pleasant. Upon arrival we were disappointed...especially for the amount of money we paid. Someone seriously dropped the ball on cleaning and upkeep. We had to do some cleaning to feel comfortable, which included laundering some bedding and towels (all very worn). Some area rugs were too dirty to use. We rolled them up. The funiture and area rugs were very soiled. Lightbulbs were missisng or not working. Outlet
cover(s) missing (a safety hazard for children). Drawer handles were missing off the only available dresser which was in Master. It would have been nice if there had been dressers in the other three bedrooms or even a decent number of hangers. Closets had misc debris in them. There were new, comfortable mattresses, but covered only by old, worn sheets and bedding (no mattress pads...soon to be soiled new mattresses). The majority of the walls looked like they had not been painted for years. That said...the choice of decor was really tasteful and pretty. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice selection of dishes and cookware. The new dining table was great. We could see where the owners made a real effort to create pretty dwelling. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say the property management company is taking them for a ride whatever they are charging for cleaning and upkeep. The propety management company said someone would be calling me...I've waited over two weeks and have not heard from anyone. I have not heard back from the owner either except that they would pass our comments along to the cleaning service and property management company. They offered to send the cleaning team in while we were there, but we had already taken care of it and did not want the intrusion. It's a shame because had this place been all we had hoped for, the owners would have had regular guests who treat this unit like home. Our family and friends visit Isle of Palms often. We like the location and unit enough to check back and see if anthing has changed.
This condo is right on the beach and adjacent to the swimming pool. It is nicely appointed and very comfortable. We had a very pleasant week with 6 adults and three children.
We used this condo with some family and friends for our Thanksgiving holiday and never wanted to leave! The condo is beautiful, incredible porch, great view, wonderful food within walking distance, convienent to shopping and downtown charleston...can't say enough!! The owner was great to work with and can't wait to go back!!
