Amazing Location!

Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline and only a 6-minute walk to Heavenly Village & Gondola, casinos and restaurants. This is a private studio as part of a boutique 12 unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this unit comes with an en-suite bath with oversized shower, kitchenette w/Keurig machine and two queen beds as well as a work desk. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A $50/pet fee will apply and pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $250 fine.

## Access

The unit is accessed off of Poplar Ave and has direct access from the parking area and has 1 unassigned parking spot. This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay.

Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies.

Electric car charging (shared amenity)

The unit spots 1,2 and 3 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 4,5 and 6 share one J1775. Unit spots 7 and 8 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 9,10 and disability spot share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 12, 11, and 1 share one Tesla and one J1775 charger. We do not provide adapters if your vehicle does not match your available charger. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access. Should you require access to another charger type, please reach out to our hospitality team to coordinate access with other guests.

Neighborhood

Located within a 5-minute walk to the world-renowned Heavenly Village and Gondola, Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen, casinos, and only a 10-minute walk to Lakeside Beach (private, access fee required). This location is ideal for those working remotely (with Gigabit internet connectivity) while enjoying everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer.

The Stateline Transit Center and Heavenly Gondola are only 4 blocks away.

The place was extremely clean and it had an amazingly comfortable bed. The check in was smooth and easy with the code. It’s within walking distance to almost everything which is really convenient. The staff was great and very helpful especially with the fireplace. It was a great way to spend a vacation and well worth the money. Definitely going to stay here again.

Favorite Stay, Would Book Again!

Loved staying at this property because it was so close to Heavenly Village, the communication was clear & quick, and it was so clean & cozy! Parking on site is lovely because you have a designated spot, so everything is so well organized. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting South Lake Tahoe!

Gem in Tahoe area!

Great modern decor with extra touches for comfort! Eye masks and ear plugs, sound machine (although the place was very quiet), nice selection of teas and coffees, including pour-over—fantastic!, plush towels, including makeup towels and make-remover cloths, toiletries , slippers, pet towel, fireplace, refrigerator and microwave, dishes and glassware, soft sheets and pillows. Two chairs outside for a relaxing spot listening to the fountain. The one level was nice and a designated parking space. A couple charges available for EV’s. Every accommodation was thought about and great location to many restaurants and attractions— definitely will rerun!
