About The Owner

Owner's Scott and Lisa Neal are owners of Coeur de Terre Vineyard & Winery located in the McMinnville American Viticultural Area. Originally furnished to provide friends and distributors from the wine community a place to stay. With great feedback from those individuals for the location, realized the potential for a vacation rental. Realizing the opportunity to support the Historic McMinnville locally owned businesses and wineries within McMinnville inspired them to pursue this endeavor.

Always a pleasant stay in McMinnville

  • 4 of 5

We had visitors from Virginia wanting to see, and taste some of the finest Oregon offers, where better than start in the Willamette Valley Wine Country!

Toni made setting our arrangements quick and easy, and the house was perfect, including a spot to park off the street. We were in walking distance to most everything we wanted to do, Wine tasting rooms, small Boutique shops, a great Farmers Market, and several street bands. Can't wait to next time!

Take caution though entering into the bathroom, it looks great and our eyes were taken away from the fact that there is a significant step down.

Cozy spot for a fun girls trip

  • 5 of 5

Each one of my friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pinot Quarters! The rooms were large with ample space to stow our bags and plenty of room in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was right at our fingertips.

Location, Location, Location!

Great home for two couples, right smack-dab in downtown! I would stay here again. We stayed for my birthday weekend in Aug 2013 and shared this lovely 2 bedroom "apartment" with another couple. We came to town to relax, explore downtown McMinnville and taste wine. It could not have been better! We did not even need our car once we pulled into town because we were just a couple blocks away from the heart of downtown; and the blocks are short! Lots of really impressive and fun shops downtown, along with great restaurants, and wine tasting shops. This rental was extremely clean and well kept. The downstairs is a wine office that is closed on the weekend, so it was like we had our own house. Super soft towels in large bathroom. Nice linens and comfy beds. Bring your own soaps, shampoos, coffee, cream and sugar. And ice. There is a normal coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. ( I found the Keurig coffee machine and refills to be really lousy/tasteless, but that was me.) Again, I highly recommend this place! Thanks for a great birthday celebration!

Pinot Quarters

  • 5 of 5

Pinot Quarters is a wonderful place to stay in McMinnville. As advertised, it is within two blocks of the McMinnville historic downtown area. It is located on the upper level of a historic house so the stairs for access are not for those that have problems with that type of access. If you are not stair-challenged, it is well worth the hike. The bedrooms are enormous and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, regular range and refrigerator (but bring your own ice). Living room is comfortable, free WiFi and there is a great deck overlooking the street for the days when it is warm enough to enjoy. We never had to use the car once we arrived. The downtown has incredible restaurants and cafes that emphasize fresh local ingredients.
