Why ROGOZYK Dominique chose Marne

We've lived in the village since 1985. When the little house in front of ours went for sale, we decide to buy it; to extend our house, to receive more family and friends and to enjoy the visit of people from all over the word .

A lovely peaceful home with all the amenities

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay in Broyes! It was a short easy drive to Sezanne, a lovely town in the Champagne region. Dominique was a generous and helpful hostess, living just across the street from the rental, which was fully equipped with anything you need. Plus a lovely outside patio which was private and peaceful. Thank you Dominique!

Car is necessary.

The property is lovely ----- warm, and inviting - the fire was wonderful and brightened out stay. The owner was great -- most helpful, attentive, and very pleasant. There is everything you need for an enjoyable visit. Would recommend and love to return.

What a pleasure to stay with Dominique. The little house is welcoming and a delight to stay in. It exceeded our expectations, was even more than we had hoped for. Not only was it well set up and comfortable, it was warm and inviting, it felt like a home. Knowing that we could travel around for the day and come home to sit and relax only after a short drive from many of the splendid sights and vineyards within the area made the overall experience sensational.

We would come back here time and time again, without hesitation.

Authentic French village experience

  • 5 of 5

Very difficult to add to all the good things shared by previous reviewers, except that all all the accolades for Dominque and her lovely cottage is more than well deserved.

We loved our 2 day stay there. The cottage is extremely well provided for & the washing machine in the midst of a long travel was a great boon. The backyard is outstanding & we were so charmed by it that we cancelled a day of outing to just bask there.

Dominique was extremely helpful & knowledgeable and has a great collection of books & DVDs. She very graciously accommodated our delay in arrival & we thoroughly recommend her as a hostess. We salute her use of white linen and old lace all over the cottage & loved the antique brass kitchen measuring scale in the dining area.

Broys has lovely vineyard walks to be explored & looks most scenic when photographed from the vineyards. Just keep in mind, no shops in the village - so stock up before you move in.
