About this property

Peaceful Cabin in the Woods - all-wheel drive recommended

The "Farmer's Cabin" has a beautiful view of the woods and you can hear the water rushing down the ravine when it rains. You feel like you are far away but yet just 2 miles from I-49 for convenient access. We recommend 4-wheel or all-wheel drive for the 1/4 mile dirt road down from highway 74, but then the gravel roads are good for accessing the cabin. There is a pond for fishing as well as a paddle boat and kayaks are often available.
Devil's Den State Park is just 5-10 minutes away with many trails to explore. You can also hike the trails on our 60 acres of property and see the beautiful rocks at the ravine below the pond. There are plenty of trees for a hammock as well.
Enjoy the beauties of nature, relax in the rocker on the front porch yet have your kitchen, shower/bathroom and other amenities just right inside. Cabin includes a small TV and DVD player just in case you like to relax with a movie.

Wonderful Mountain Cabin

This is a very clean and cozy cabin. It has all kitchen supplies you will need. We had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast at the cabin and cooked lunch in the grill ( in 30 degree weather). The beds are very comfortable. The views are amazing and there is a running stream right next to the farmers cabin running to the pond. We hiked the property for a very short time. This cabin is close to Devils Den. We hiked a couple trails there. There is a Dollar General and a gas station about 20 minutes away in Winslow. We will definitely be back to this cabin! The hosts were great but honestly we didn’t need them. They had everything ready and accessible. We played the games supplied and watched a movie. The dvd didn’t work but we really didn’t try to use it, we just watched Netflix.

Great Spot!

These cabins are situated in a great location. The cabin was cute with a well-stocked kitchen. The area is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Tranquil

Cabin is so clean and nice. Wifi good, shower has great water pressure. A great place to unwind. Connie the host is so easy to talk. Will be coming back .

Secluded but convenient

Property was exactly as listed. Just a short distance from I-49 but feels like you are 100 miles up in the hills. We were in NWA for Razorback football game and this was perfect spot for our family. Will definitely be back when we go to Hogs basketball game.
